Ordered 3 pizzas online tonight. Called the store to confirm a special instruction. The young guy answered the phone rude, rushed and placed me on hold without even letting me know. Left me on hold for about 10 mins, only to pick up and hang up in my face. I called back only to be placed directly on hold this time, then hung up on. Called back spoke to another young man, asked for a manager, he states his manager (Mir) is too busy to take my call even after I explained to him at this point I wanted to cancel my order. I demanded to speak to his manager as at this point I am a bit frustrated. Well needless to say the manager Marquis gets on the phone and he too is just as rude as his staff. I explained to him what happened, no apology at all, he whole demeanor was off. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with this store. It’s basically a bunch of high school kids who lack the basic customer service skills needed to sell pizza. This store needs a wake up call. We will no longer be ordering...
Read moreI placed an order for a late delivery of honey barbecue bacon boneless chicken bites. I received my delivery within 20 minutes of the driver leaving the store which wasn’t bad. However, when I did the chicken bite, they weren’t hot nor luke warm, but only room temperature. They didn’t taste like fresh out of the oven barbecue chicken bites like I’ve experienced having order them several 5 previous times. It tasted like food that has been sitting for a while. It’s not particularly really old old, but not fresh, and that food that should be delivered to someone who is paying for fresh prepared food . Food delivered I don’t expect to arrive beaming hot but minimally have that freshly prepared taste and considerably warm to touch. The bites I received possessed neither of the two. It was disappointed and bothered but since I had placed my order after 11:pm and received it about 12:30 am, there wasn’t much I could do to address the problem and why I chose to do...

Let me state my driver was perfectly polite and nothing that happened (other than perhaps punctuality) was his fault.
The email confirmation stated my driver left the store at 6:38pm.and my pizza was slated to be with my 6:50. I phoned at 7:15 when I still didn't have my order. The person who answered the phone would tell me nothing other than the driver was on the way. I asked if they could phone him and they restated that he was on the way and i could call back if I still didn't have my order in 20 minutes. I was then hung up on.
The driver arrived about 10 minutes later. My order was incomplete so he tried to phone for a new total (excluding the cost of what was missing) and he was also hung up on.
I then found out that one of the pizzas that was delivered was not what i ordered.
