Crazy how one experience can ruin a store for you. I place an order for a Chipotle turkey sourdough and a chicken parm, i ask the lady making the sandwichs if she could replace the bread for my large chicken parm sandwich with sourdough, I can no longer eat regular or whole wheat bread i didn't explain that to them because it isnt necessary, mind you I've been doing this for over a month now the never had an issue. So the lady says "ummm no I can't do that" and then asks a coworker named Dan who looked at me like I was asking for the impossible, he refused to make my sandwich and starts telling me how theres a huge price difference and that the size of the sandwich was different. I told him that I didn't mind, it didn't have to look pretty as long as I got it. I told him this has never been an issue before, he questioned me on who and what shifts I told him any and everytime I come in and order my sandwich. He then again brought up price and I told him i didn't mind. I was willing to pay for w.e. the extra was. He then told me to re order it as a sourdough instead so I said fine( fair is fair and I just wanted my food) and to his coworkers he said he was only gona put three chickens in my sandwich. so I canceled my order and only reorders my wife's food and I told Dan never mind about my sandwich to just do the other to which he said ok ... I dont understand how you play a customer like that, the initial lady has seen me before and I've asked her once to do it wasnt an issue then, and as for him i dont get how you complain about the price difference ( i guess to protect the place from losing money which is cool I get that) but then when the person agrees to pay the extra you try to then rip the customer off by offering 3 pieces of chicken for a higher price. Never in a million years would I have thought someone would of tried ripping me off over some chicken stripes....... then to top it all off they gave me a Chipotle sourdough sandwich with CHICKEN STRIPES instead of the turkey thankfully when I got home my wife didn't mind this was around 1030pm.Im not the argumentative type so I just left I hope no one else goes through that experience. Read moreMy review is about the exceptional service i received at the store, especially from one person in particular, Sam. I was originally disappointed with the store for not taking catering orders online, but i visited the store on the morning of an event that I was hosting.
I went to the store and spoke to Sam at around 11 am for an order of two party platters I needed by 3:30 pm. She was fantastic! Helped me put together my order, made sure I had everything I needed, and just made life easy for what was a very hectic day.
I asked her if she would still be at the store when I needed to pick up the orders (about 3:15 pm) and she mentioned that her shift ended at 2, but she would tell the next catering manager, and that all would be taken care. When I returned at 3:15, she was still in the store and personally taking care of the platters. Really appreciated - what an amazing person. It's rare to get any level of service or commitment these days, and Sam went way above and beyond.

Read moreWent in this WAWA today beware a new store so I go in there's 3 workers behind counter and there's about 8-10 people me included waiting for there food with many more putting in new orders so there's a lady turns out to be the manager talking loudly that u can hear her so it turns out to be employees hiding in the back manager is trying to ask them to help out in the front the other employees are giving her lip manager tells them to help or go clock out so by now they must be 8-10 employees where did they all come from don't know but I had to laugh there all there standing looking at us the customers like where interfering with there quite time what do these youngsters are thinking is scary well anyway so employees at this WAWA reminder we are the customers your job is to make our sandwiches and anything else that u may have on menu with a smile on your face if you can't manage to do that you should try getting a factory job where you can be nasty all you want 😀 this world's...
