Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Exeter Township

I love their delivery drivers truly one I’m referring to was a male because I didn’t know DoorDash doesn’t have the accurate delivery time and he did call me but my phone is so glitchy it doesn’t show me, I’m not lying I even tried fixing it regardless of the point my food was delicious and hot he was right there slightly after I just thought my order was stolen or everything was a glitch I wouldn’t be able to figure out alone because I did order so late the store had closed they only gave 10 minutes to get my order to me 15 in total to make it and get going I thought there’s no way they’ll get that to me that quick so I ordered at 11:30 I’ll put a screenshot and it said 11:55 it was supposed to be delivered I had no idea what that was on DoorDash’s part next time I’ll just order through dominos that’s not an issue to me and really I feel to blame because I just ordered so late I couldn’t call anyone specifically again and knew nothing no issue I can make changes that will better please me as a customer, others may feel different but yes he was awesome hot fast he called me I know it because my phone will ring but not give me the call history so it’s possible I missed it and it’s my own technical issue but either way he got it to me 5 minutes after expected delivery time I mean that is outstanding service! Truly understood what I meant and even spoke with my Mom’s because I had her looking with me and she respected him for clearing it all up and actually being so on time and understanding about me being confused just made her and I feel even more we were understood and her and I had a special moment after because of that and were able to talk about other things because he cleared up any confusion for us about being confused for the 5 minutes there which he called prior and after about, amazing I was being silly distracted looking during his last phone call of course but now I get it makes sense I’m willing to be patient with DoorDash even for dominos knowing they drivers are so on point communicative trusted and polite completely hardworking. I respected him entirely. Can’t wait to do further business whether DoorDash or phone call and I wish I caught his name but he was just wonderful keep that driver he was a delightful man! (Mind you I couldn’t call because it had said delivered I thought nothing of it completely...

I ordered my usual order today after a long day at the hospital I was ready to enjoy some pizza and a movie with my husband. We always track the pizza online so we can be ready to hear the knock on the door. It said 5 minutes away and then 1 minute away and then delivered but there was no knock on the door. We checked to see if maybe they delivered it to the wrong apartment and they hadn’t. I called and asked what’s happening to my order and they said it was delivered and from that statement they went in to say it’s actually still being delivered and then the phone was given to the manager who also stated the same. I said ok so I hung up and waited 20 minutes I then called again and stated the same adding that I’ve been waiting now 24 minutes. I asked for an estimate in which she gave me 10-15 minutes. I wanted a total of 45 minutes and I called on my cellphone this very Dominies and they picked up and placed me on hold three times I then used my husbands phone and instead of picking up and placing me on “hold” they picked up VERY quickly and politely I then asked for a refund they asked for my address I gave it to them and they replied you’ll be getting your refund and hung up, no apology no empathy nothing. At that time before he hung up my neighbor knocked and said that they left my pizza on the floor near my door. They didn’t even knock! I tried to tell the guy on the phone the pizza arrived and no one knocked but he hung up. Now I’m sitting here with my bacon pizza and not even liking it because apparently they think bacon is only the fat and not even the meat. This review is a honest one I encourage the person to read this to choose a different location if they can. I personally will be going to a different Dominoes who actually knows how to deliver and make their pizzas with actual bacon. If you have a job as a manger or even as a regular staff member own up to your responsibly and give people what they pay for. They’re paying for service give them good service don’t be irresponsible....

I was Previous employee all I can say is you shouldn’t order food from there. The place is a joke you should honestly be shut down for health reasons they got mold growing in the walk-in freezer they had a broken pipe in the basement for months literally flooded the basement and there was algae and mold growing everywhere and just so you know the HVAC unit we’re gets the air To blow around the the building down in that moldy mess there was mushrooms growing around mop sink one time it was the worst working environment ever worked in did conditioner didn’t work the longest time and it was over 100° multiple times during the summer I work there. So when you were working making pizzas and cutting Pizza and prepping orders that were sweat dripping off you and landing in the food. The one night in the middle of a snowstorm I said I can’t deliver anymore because it was on safe to drive my vehicle and then the next day the district manager came in and got in my face and said why did you stop delivering are we going to have any more problems and I i’m not wrecking my car to deliver food. If I got in an accident dominoes wouldn’t pay for it. And then after that he went out and checked my tires on my car to see if they were good enough to drive in the snow One night for one shift runner threaten to shoot one of the drivers. And they would also clock you out with a order that’s not even ready so it would look like them look good And when you get clocked out you get paid five dollars an hour on the road I stopped working there because I found better employment I wasn’t fired so this isn’t a lie that I’m making up because I’m mad Dominoes in Exeter needs to be shut down if anybody knows a health inspector send...
