Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairbanks

Downgrading to two stars... Been extremely disappointed the last few times. For the most part, the pizzas were made to order EXCEPT the extra sauce. The pizzas have been very dry with hardly ANY sauce (I don't even want to know what they'd be like without requesting extra sauce). In the past, I was mistakenly given a completely different pizza than I ordered... I was disappointed (ate it because I live 20 minutes away), but it was so DELICIOUS that it was forgivable because it had the EXTRA SAUCE and was juicy... just good quality overall. I'm extremely disappointed, along with my friends/family members (who used to be loyal Pizza Hut customers) who have forgone Domino's because the pizza has gradually gotten worse. Will not be ordering Domino's anytime soon... Even the extra cheese, which costs more, is nonexistent. What happened?

We stopped going to Domino's because the quality had gone downhill. The prices were ridiculous for what we were getting. Paying extra for extra cheese and not getting it is just an example. Requesting extra sauce, forget about it.

My Pacific Veggie pizza was AMAZING! My only request was no marinara but extra white sauce. Breeana made it perfectly! Our whole order was delicious! If I could request Breeana everytime, I would!

I'd give a full 5 stars if pricing wasn't so ridiculous. Promo codes don't work here in Fairbanks, and the coupons aren't great. Come on store manager... Pizza Hut has a $10 off coupon with orders over $50. I like Dominos, but Pizza Hut has you beat with coupons...

I'd leave one star if I could.

It took one hour and fifty one minutes for me to receive my order today. At one hour and twenty eight minutes, I called the store for an update and all I was told by the person I was transferred to (shift manager, manager) was that my food was "on the way". No explanation or apologies for the delay. The online delivery tracker informed that my order departed the store twenty nine minutes after the order was placed and the delivery took an additional fifty two minutes. The driver had to ask for directions when he got on post, but was courteous and apologetic. My food arrived less than lukewarm. I won't be ordering from this store again and I advise everyone against it as well. If you want fast delivery, you might want to consider Pizza Hut or Papa John's.

Update: After noticing that a small part of the order was never delivered, I called to ask for a refund for the undelivered items. The manager refunded the entire order, so an attempt was made to rectify the situation & I thank...

This is the worst domino's I have ever had. I gave this place a few chances and nothing ever changes the staff is rude even the manager is very rude. I ordered today and yes i know the roads aren't the best and it is going to take a while to get here but I waited an hour in a half. Then I called and the guy who said he is the manager was very rude and I asked him well if my order is still sitting in the store my food is going to be cold when it gets here and he says yes, so I was like well, he was like well I can remake it. I said okay that is fine but how long is it going to be now and he said an hour to an hour in a half I am not waiting 3 hours total for pizza sorry. The last time I tried this place they forgot my steak on my philly cheese steak. How in the heck do they do that. I do not recommend this place at all. Worst domino's ever. I worked at domino's 4 years ago and I know how it works and they are not handling...
