Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fairborn

Ordered my pizza online and it was really easy. The pizza was ready when I got there. Ordered a medium with a couple toppings. And one of the toppings was extra mushrooms. Which of course I’m sure that was extra since I asked for more than the usual amount. Not seeing any extra mushrooms and not really seeing that many to begin with. Will the say the pizza taste good and the price wasn’t bad. But when you order extra of something you expect extra not even less of the topping. Update decided to give Papa John’s another chance on 6/30/25. Placed the order on the phone this time. Stated we’d like extra mushrooms and told them last time there was no extra mushrooms. He’s like I’ll make sure. Get the pizza and get home there’s no mushrooms. Go back to the store. Speak with the manager and he’s like we are out of mushrooms. The call center wouldn’t know that. When I paid for my pizza the manager is the one who rang me up. All he had to do was tell me I’m sorry but we’re out of mushrooms but that didn’t happen. Apparently I’m supposed to have a credit for another pizza but not for sure because he took off running to the dough station and went running to the back of the store to get something and back to the dough station.. just a little bothered that the manager rang up the pizza seeing that extra mushrooms was on the ticket and didn’t...

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order for carry out. Stayed the store and waiting on food to be done. Ordered two pizzas and some chicken poppers. Was told my food was coming out of the oven, once if came out of the oven only one pizza was made. They apparently gave me a credit while I was standing there he put it in the computer since ya know only a percentage of my order was made Called in today to redeem the credit on my account got sent to speak with somebody in the store to make sure I got the credit redeemed and the guy answering the phone put me on hold for 6 minutes since he wasn’t caught up and then when I told him what I wanted and then how I wanted to redeem the credit he laughed and thought it was hilarious I tell him what happened and that’s why I had gotten the credit he proceeded to think it was a laughing mattered and pretty much told me good luck there wasn’t a credit and that didn’t happen. I’ll never be returning to this papa John I’ll gladly drive to another city to get my food from here on out. I’m highly disappointed with BOTH of these...

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I ordered for delivery, the building and address was listed in the notes and I have a screen shot. The delivery driver that came out was really rude, saying he had to go around my complex door to door asking who ordered and that it was my fault the details weren’t there. I called the store and talked to the manager Eddie, who literally argued with me on the phone saying the apartment number wasn’t filled out. It’s not my issue if their computer system doesn’t allow the amount of characters I typed in. He procedure to argue and say I was being rude so he wasn’t going to continue the conversation and wouldn’t get a different manager. Eddie was very rude and would not provide a solution. I called corporate and filed a formal complaint, to which they took down the information and told me someone would be in contact. Don’t order for delivery if you want...
