This is the 2nd time I have had a issue at this location. The staff are not friendly generally and the prep line is not tidy enough. There is generally a line as they seem to receive a lot of online orders. I honestly don't mind waiting as long as you are good and can get my order done and me out of the restaurant. I had gotten halfway thru my order and was trying to order my light corn and extra extra extra cheese when I recognized the young man at the station. I was trying to explain that I wanted a lot of cheese but there was guacamole that had fallen in the cheese bin. After explaining 3x finally the manager comes over to try and tell me guacamole is extra. After explaining again that I didn't want guacamole the manager scooped it out. Again my order is very simple and I pay for double and sometimes triple for meat. I don't eat lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, beans or fajitas. The gentleman at the cheese continued to sprinkle 10 pieces of cheese over the bowl completely disregarding my request for extra cheese. Finally a manager said to him to give extra and he rolled his and and still wouldn't ablige stating it would be extra. I explained that it has never been a charge and that the manager even stated to give it to me. I finally told them to keep the order and drove 8 minutes down the road to another Chipotle that had empecable service, clean prep line and sour cream.
Very disappointed fast food shouldn't be this...
Read moreI eat at Chipotles around the DC area once a week. It's taken a while for me to be pushed to write a review about this location because I understand there are times when they so slammed that everyone's doing the best they can.
However, this location is consistently bad. As other people have said, their flavor is dialed down and their portions are terrible. Always.
Recently, I went through the line to get food for myself and for my Mom. There were slight pauses in my ordering because I had to keep referring to my Mom's order in my phone. My ordering speed, which was still fairly fast, annoyed the person working the prep station (there were two customers behind me.. it was like 3pm?).
I ordered a veggie bowl for my Mom. When we got down to the end, I forgot to say guac because guac is a part of the veggie bowls. Of course, guac was omitted and the person didn't double check with me. Below is a picture of the sad veggie bowl as it looked when my Mom opened it at home.
This is not the norm for Chipotle. As a service industry worker, I understand that kitchens are hurting hard right now and customers can be awful. But my god, if your company's business model is a prep station with human to human contact, then please prioritize customer service. Don't make customers who seek out the face-to-face over online ordering feel like just a rushed annoyance. Please.. there's enough of that...

The mild salsa was more like a paste, the chicken was overcooked and very dry the corn mixture and tomato mixture were also very dry. There were not enough people working on the serving line one young man who was working with the British and steam heating them was doing most of the work while the other man at the end of the table who was supposed to serve up vegetables and sauces was very slow and gave the appearance that he did not want to be there I can care less about Divine did he was holding up. Now that's just an assumption on that individual and my opinion it may be that he wasn't feeling well. There was one young lady who was working the mobile pickup and it place two orders up there and then turned around and said against the counter without helping the two individuals on the main serving line I could go on and on but I think this is...
