This place is hit or miss. They messed up my order when I asked for 2 bento boxes. Then just a side order of plain chicken for my meal. as I said the others were for family. I just didnt want the vegetables or sauce. They double charged me for the chicken, and then didn't give me the extra meal. I wnrt back and all they said was sorry and charged me another $8 which was really confusing. I'm sure the cashier just made a mistake but as soon as I started talking to him he just walked away from the counter, no I'm sorry nothing. I guess a female manager walked in and tried fixing it, but couldnt explain the charged again. I was upset and am not returning for awhile. Even though I have a full stamp card. Just not worth it for bad service. Update: 12/4/19 2nd visit in 6 months thought I’d give it another try. SAME HORRIBlE SERVICE. I came in w a coupon that was text to email for a 2 can dine for $9.99 w purchase of 2 drinks. The lady at the register told me she didn’t know how to use the coupon and I was forced to buy two bento boxes instead for $9 each, because no one would help her. Then I asked for a Philadelphia roll where she literally fought with me telling me I couldn’t make the purchase because they didn’t make them. Finally someone over heard and told her how to ring it up. I asked her to ask someone because I love ordered several times in the past and she just kept telling me no. I asked her to ask for someone and she just kept telling me they didn’t have it and blowing me off. Stay away...

I went to the store in Capitol Heights, MD. First, I order chicken/shrimp teriyaki with fried rice and a chicken egg roll. Well, I watched as they were preparing the food and they had a lot of I guess door dash orders and mine order was waiting as well. I observed the door dash order were filled with more food than I expected it to have including the vegetables. When it came to my food, I had 5 shrimp and the chicken was so small I could not even tell it was chicken. Also, the fried rice was not fried rice only rice with sauce and peas and carrots added and they charged me 60 cents for that. As for the chicken egg roll, that was not what I got, they gave me a greasy vegetable egg roll that was terrible. The next time I am over there getting my nails done, I am going to ask to speak to the manager who I think was the guy back there cooking. One other observation, I noticed that the wait was long and when the cashier went over and moved my order in front of some of the door dash order, the quantity of food given to me was minimum. I am so mad but trust me I will let it be known that for whatever reason they need to give you more food than what they do. My order was $13.44 and I did not get $13.44 worth of food especially when I ordered shrimp and chicken. They give you a whole pot of rice on the plate then try to cover it up with the little bit of food they are giving to make it seem like you are getting a lot. I think corporate should do better with these stores...

The workers at this location are LAZY and DISGUSTING. I CANNOT with Sarku and employees’ insistence on dumping a gallon of teriyaki sauce on top of the food after it’s cooked. The cook put sooooooooo much sauce on the rice it turned the whole meal into soup. If I wanted rice and beef stew I would’ve went somewhere else. Teriyaki sauce is full of sugar and obscene amounts of it on a meal is GROSS. What makes it worse is that I specifically asked the cashier if the cook dumps extra sauce on the food since the sauce I requested was spicy and this person was like “no”, so either he lied to my face (which makes me not want to go back) or he wasn’t paying attention to what I asked (which also makes me not want to go back).
