This location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to order an egg and cheese biscuit combo and made it very clear multiple times that I only wanted egg and cheese. Even before paying, I asked again just to confirm. Instead of patience, I was met with attitude, and they told me to go park in the mobile order pick-up.
When I finally got my food and opened it later, it had bacon in it. That’s not just a small mistake. I specifically said no bacon. My friend went back to the store to fix it, and the worker was unbelievably rude. She rolled her eyes, yelled that she asked me twice if I wanted bacon, and when my friend explained that I’m Muslim and cannot eat bacon, the worker shouted that it “wasn’t her fault.” On top of that, my friend overheard staff talking in Spanish and repeatedly saying “bacon” while clearly talking about us.

Read moreUsually not too bad. Better than most Wendy's. Several employees, one on cash register. Waited quite a while for the two orders prior to mine. Ordered an iced tea and a plain grilled chicken sandwich. Got it soon, but found a hamburger instead. Apparently, between the 'manager' and the person on register, I finally had to get money back. Couldnt continue to wait. Then manager tried to give me back over $15 for an $8 purchase.
She was preparing the sandwiches and it was obvious the employee was quite frustrated with the manager.....
Come on people, wake up. This stuff isn't hard. It shouldn't take almost 20 minutes to fill 3 small orders. Low quality personnel leaves businesses like this closing. I rarely see many customers in these stores anyway. Lots of foreign folks that don't know what is even on their sandwiches....

Read moreI usually go through the drive thru. This time I wanted to dine in with my son. First sign of something wrong was the pungent smell of what I assume was vomit near the side Bravo entrance. It was BAD.
The manager was mopping while staff handled drive thru since the dining room was empty. It was the worse case of leadership I ever saw. Hoping he's okay. He seemed dejected and uninterested in mopping or running the place. Even after he mopped, the area still stank. Not sure if it was the over flowing trash.
Though the entire floor looked like it needed a good once over to make it shine again.
The one soft drink dispenser in the dining room was gross to put hands on. Looked like someone drank every drink at once and pissed it out the same color.
The young lady who took our order was FANTASTIC and energized. The order was quick and correct.
