I love how this place has many options in foods and snacks BUT the service here is atrocious. I placed a pizza order through the app and the staff working the pizza section was busy playing on their phone or sleeping and not paying attention to orders coming in. The male at the front checkout was rude and annoyed with me asking when my pizza would be ready for pick up, considering it was never made.

Then when I asked the person working the pizza section if they would make the pizza, she asked ME how to make the pizza... Why she wouldn't have just checked their system to see my order is beyond me. They should know how to make it... The girl was very dismissive and came off rude and did NOT want to do her job.

My experience was frustrating and not welcoming and not helpful. The staff here needs to be trained and more attentive. Also, all the iced coffee and tea machines were completely empty....

Casey's - Do better and train your staff, and get off your phones. Corporate needs to get in this location and help management - clearly, because the way they are either training (which has to be minimal or NOT at all) is...

I placed an order through door dash for 2 breakfast pizzas. One was correct but the vegetarian option had sausage on it. I attempted calling the store where it came from on Princeton Rd in Hamilton Ohio. First 2 times I called it was on my cell, the team member picked up the phone, said hello, then hung up after about 5 seconds. I thought my phone was the problem, so I called from another phone. This time they answered, said they couldn't hear me, then hung up. I called a 4th time on a another phone, so 3 different phones, they answered and said "we cannot hear you, sorry, wish we could" and hung up again. I don't understand how they knew it was me everytime! Evidently it was not my phone as I used 3 different phones and ended with the same result so now I have an incorrect pizza that cannot be consumed as it is not strictly the vegetarian pizza. I would like the order fixed or...

They suck. I come every day, and they are on their phones without fail everyday every second. mainly the lady's that work there by they even tell you to hold on and make the line wait for them to watch videos and text people. It's pretty ridiculous. Also, they completely ignore your rewards. You have to force them to just click a button. Tried to get money off gas for weeks, and they kept saying we didn't have any, so we finally had to ask someone why, and they said it was because they were just skipping it then every time. It's pretty nasty and never stocked for them to be just standing there all the time. The food is actually really decent a lot of the time though but it's also often dry so it just depends who's working I guess. I wish there were more gas stations closer so I didn't have to go...
