We went there last night to watch the UK game, drink some adult beverages and eat. We got there about 10 min before game time (7pm) We were greeted by our server, who was very nice. We placed our order for our drinks and she came back to to get our order. My husband asked them if they could turn on the UK game. Our server immediately went to the bartender to see what she could do for us and promptly came back to take our order. Bad news... they did not have the SEC Network. We told our waitress that we would still place our food order, but that we were going to leave so that we could go watch our Cats. She was very sweet about it and said she would get it put in to go for us. My husband asked the manager if this was a channel they don't get or just don't have in their package. The manager was also very nice, helpful and accommodating. She spoke with my husband for a few minutes, left and came back and asked us "if I order the station now, would you be willing to stay?" I was AMAZED!!!! My husband explained to her that, unfortunately we had already contacted our friends who were meeting us and had made other plans at this point, but we would contact them back to see. She told us to just let her know. While we were waiting on our friends reply, the game came on, then they switched it to the 2 tvs right in front of us & even asked if we wanted them to turn the sound on for us. The manger didn't have to care... she could have just said.. "yeah I'm sorry, we don't have that station", and been done with it, but she didn't. She took the extra step to please her customers. I am sorry to say that we ended up leaving last night, but I promise you this.. we will be going back! Coming from someone with a long history of customer service experience... this was an OUTSTANDING customer service experience! Kudos to the staff there for providing nothing less than exceptional service. I can only hope my future visits will mimic this. Ps... the to go food was great. Both my hubby and his brother said their boneless wings were amazing.. but they did forget my hubby's order of fries. I'll take that loss for...
Read moreI understand mistakes happen, but when they do, as someone who works in customer service, you do everything in your power to make up for it. I placed an online order that was $50, when I arrive the hostess had trouble finding my order. After about 2 minutes of searching for it she went and got someone else. This gentleman appeared to be the manager. He comes up and it seems he may be a little annoyed. After checking the same 2 bags and tickets that were sitting on the takeout shelf he said to the hostess (not me) idk it must of been given out. It’s going to be awhile we are busy” and then walks off. Doesn’t address me once. I then ask the hostess about how long will it be. She responds with I don’t know they have to remake it. At this point the level of professionalism was astonishing. I asked for a refund and she stormed off with out a word to get someone else. Another gentleman came to the front and verbally verified that I placed an online order and said he would refund it back to the card. I asked if there was a receipt or anything he could give me to show the refund. He said the receipt should of been emailed to me but he had the hostess reprint a receipt for me. At this point it was obviously clear, no one in this establishment knew how to provide good customer service.
You don’t just hand out a $50 order incorrectly. But even if you did, you make it right, not basically ignore the customer nor provide something as a compensation for your establishments mistake. Now I will wait to see if my refund actually goes back to my card since I saw no electronic entry to get it refunded.

Of the 10 piece traditional wings that I ordered for carry-out, there were only TWO that was almost completely edible!! From the skin to the bone, three wings had been so deep fried that there wasn't any chicken left. You literally changed the molecular structure of the chicken! You gave me wing jerky! The other wings I had to peel back the dried up leather skin (because you couldn't eat it) to try to pick what little bit of chicken I could off the bone. And I didn't order these extra crispy either!! Why would I even bother to try to eat this mess? Because it was for the super bowl, but also my dinner. That's all I had ordered, nothing else. I got wing jerky with 2 sauces on the side. One BBQ the other garlic. Whoever put my sauces in the cups also mixed the BBQ in with the garlic. Why did that matter? Because you couldn't taste the garlic at all...the BBQ completely over powered the garlic. The only thing positive was the blue cheese. Oh, I ordered an extra celery and didn't get that either. I don't order from this location often but was in Fairfield and decided to get my wings for the game from your location. Look, evey dollar counts.
