I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts recently. I ordered a Dunkin’ Midnight Black coffee and made sure to confirm my choice. However, I watched as the staff member prepared an Original Blend instead. When I pointed out the mistake, I told him, “I can’t trust you to make people’s food because you’re cheating your customers.” His response was completely unprofessional—he told me to “shut up.”
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Not only did I not receive what I ordered, but the staff member’s rude and dismissive attitude made the situation even worse. As a customer, I expect honesty and respect, especially when pointing out a mistake. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

Read moreI've been going to this Dunkin' for several years now and I have zero complaints about the quality of the food or drinks served here. My main issue, especially in the last year, is with their service. It doesn't seem like there is much training around customer service at this establishment. I can count with one hand the number of times I have been greeted properly, if at all, someone has said "thank you" after delivering my order, or has wished me a good/great day when leaving. Maybe not a big deal to most, but if you are in the service industry, those little things go a long way. I just think the employees have simply never been properly trained on this. I went through the drive through window to place my order, which consisted of a pink donut, pumpkin donut and a small iced coffee with milk and sugar. The pumpkin donut was burnt in flavor and I received creamer in my coffee when I asked nicely for milk. The lady who took my order was extremely rude and was rushing me. In turn, she was in such a rush she didn’t give me back my debit card!! I’ve been trying to call this location all morning and no one is answering the phones.
