It was my first time here. I dug up my old gear and realized its time for a much needed upgrade. This is the closest shop to me. Right off the bat Vito came to my aid and helped me out through all the steps. I was looking for new skates and we 3D scanned my feet and suggested insoles with high arches. I already had my eye on a pair of skates so that was the easy part. we got a great fit, and even better with the new insole. We baked the skate to heat mold to my feet so I didnt have to do it at home with a hair dryer. Over all Im definitely coming back to upgrade the rest of my gear and Im glad theres a brick and mortar hockey shop I can go to physically because I rather do it in person ...

It’s awesome to have a pure hockey store less than 15 minutes from me. I haven’t played hockey in about 15 years and I decided to get back into it. Went with my wife and I ended up buying skates,helmet,stick,and a couple other things. Also gotta mention some names Ben,Niko,Tom,Mike and there’s another guy who’s super cool and helpful sorry can’t remember his name but Thank you for being helpful and answering all my questions and guiding me the right way with everything, you guys rock.huge thanks again can’t ask for better staff. It also feels good when you walk in and they know you and remember you from the last visit.I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Awesome...

I went in looking for a pair of new ice hockey skates. Vito worked with me for over a half hour and did everything he could to try and find the right skate for me (even suggesting models that were far cheaper than the top end skates) despite having a limited stock due to the shipping crisis. Ultimately, we couldn't find something that fit me properly, but it didn't stop Vito from being courteous and professional throughout the entire process.

Although I didn't make a purchase that day, and this store is much further from my home than other pro shops, I will hold off on buying new skates until Pure gets new stock just to reward their exceptional...
