This is what I get for cheating on my regular Dunkin spot. I wanted to treat myself and get something to go for my hour commute to work and since this was the one on the way to the Merritt, I went. Boy do I regret it. I ordered A matcha with hash browns and I immediately knew something was wrong. For starters, my maths was bubbly at the top. Since I get a matcha every Friday, I knew it didn’t look right but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Now when I tasted it , that is when I realized I was practically scammed. Read moreThis could have been a 5 star review but customer service was lacking overall. I had to practically beg and plead to get my Dunkin’ Refresher for $3. My coupons were scanned but my member ID wasn’t and I was charged full price for the refresher. The cashier tried to tell me I couldn’t return and repurchase, which was untrue. He eventually obliged and I received back the difference. Speaking of which, if I scan a coupon, my member ID should automatically be applied and vice versa to prevent this issue (similar to a rewards card). Store was newly renovated, donuts fully stocked, and no line. Best croissant I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’ location (but my hash browns were undercooked). The female workers didn’t smile, greet or interact with me but the male cashier was friendly (besides that little mishap). My overall experience went fairly well but they need customer service...
