I only order through the Dunkin app, staff seem friendly when I go in but no first hand experience. The food is good so these are why the two stars. The negatives are the drinks been to numerous Dunkins, and never really had bad coffee, this place it’s down the road from me so it’s convenient, the drinks are horrid. No coffee flavor the specialty drinks are never made to the standard of other Dunkins when I order the same drinks. Today was the worse got hazelnut coffee. No coffee flavor again no hazelnut flavor idk what I’m tasting i can’t drink it. I always go to this DD because they know exactly how to make my coffee! One of the managers was very rude which I didn't care for but other than that, everyone else is very nice. I do prefer that certain employees make my coffee. Advice to management: please make sure the new staff is learning from the seasoned staff. George makes the best coffee!! If you want your coffee done right, go to this DD and have George make it. He does it perfectly! My other complaint is that in previous times visited it had been extremely hot in there very humid and uncomfortable. That's not fair to both customers AND employees. If Jorge serves you then this is a good day otherwise get ready for that corporate downer. Prices way up. Now that 1.99 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant is 5.24$... get it straight...there is nothing healthy here...without a request from my cherubic wife I would never step foot here. The espresso is the only value...I got two shots which is 4 cups of coffee which takes 8 days to finish. More than 4oz of regular brew causes cancer and digestive problems but I am a cheater.
