Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fairfield

Group delivery order to nearby business. Delivery driver was nice! Placing order was easy on the app. Delivery was fast. THEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER!!!! 6 sandwiches and none of them were labeled. 3 of the sandwiches were the italian night but each one was different. Those 3 sandwiches were labeled "9". The other 3 sandwiches had no label or markings. They were 3 different sandwiches. I called the restaurant to see if I have possibly missed some markings or some way to differentiate the 6 sandwiches. The female employee was unapologetic and told me to open each sandwich and figure it out.I said this is unacceptable she responded, " tell me what you want me to do about it." There were no napkins or extra mayo packets tgat that were requested in the app....

I just left this place and I ordered two Italian night clubs for my husband and I.. Two sandwiches and a bag of chips for 24 $ and the first sandwich they didn't listen when making my sandwich I bite into this sandwich and I spit it right out..There was a horrible taste to it my husband said the same thing about his..This is why I don't eat out anymoore because of places like This..They charge crazy prices and the food isn't what it's supposed to be..It's always this location the guys are rude they don't even speak when you come in.. I'm still trying to get that nasty taste out my mouth..I used to work at restaurant clean your lettuce or get your meat that isn't bad never...

I just walked into jimmy johns to go to the bathroom not even to get food and I knocked on the locked door and waited for about 20 minutes for the employee in there to stop playing on his phone and come out (yes I could hear him playing games from 3 feet away from the door) and to top it off he didn't wash his hands I walked in and the sink was bone dry and they were out of soap then as I walked out I saw him making someone's food and the only thing I could think of was how disgusting the sandwiches must be if the employees aren't washing hands I am very disappointed that a store can be run so unhealthy like that my advice think twice...
