We had my son’s 4th Birthday at the Playhouse and it was perfect. Having thrown quite a few parties and attended even more, here is what stands out to me. 1) parties are not an afterthought. So often for parties you end up in a dingy room with an unenthused staffer in a facility that wasn’t meant for parties. Not the case at the playhouse! The party rooms are adorable! The staff is attentive and the facility is very nice for free play and then rounding everyone up for food and cake. There was a wonderful guy helping our party and he could not have been more attentive and welcoming of our guests; 2) the party planning is top notch and flexible. We worked with Adrien to plan our party. I truly felt like she treated us as if it was her own kid’s party. She can handle every special detail including custom themes, decor and cake…or if you have something you want to do yourself she will super accommodating. 3) the facility is awesome. It allows kids to simply have fun together and get wild in a safe environment. I can tell you all the kids were thrilled and having the best time. It feels less like they are putting you through a forced program and going through the motions. There is plenty of space for parents to watch while catching up with each other. If I had any reservations going into the party it was that I was at first worried about not renting out the full facility but it ended up working out great and they had a handle on capacity so everyone was having fun and it wasn’t too crowded. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I hosted my pre-school-age child's birthday here and it was wonderful! My kid and his classmates had so much fun and the "planning" was effortless. I don't know how their provided treats are, but the pizza they provided was surprisingly yummy (I had a couple of the left over slices).

Adrian was very responsive and accommodating beforehand. She advised us on the best package given the size of our party in a completely unbiased manner. She also took the time to answer my questions promptly. I never had to prompt her for the status because she proactively managed everything.

The party room was perfectly decorated according to my child's theme (Thomas the tank engine). The kids had a lot of fun, and the people on site that day were really helpful with the party and also maintaining order when they started getting too rowdy. I really liked how flexibly I was able to schedule the party as well - some places had the afternoon session starting at 1pm, which feels like it's during nap time.

Some things to note - the venue doesn't have a freezer for ice cream cake and no ice for cold drinks. I think no ice is best for the kids anyways. They also don't provide balloons, but their decorations were so good that I honestly didn't...

We had our twin daughters fourth birthday at Playhouse Fairfield today. We LOVE Playhouse and go often, so we did the Jaguar package (private rental) for their birthday. It was SO easy! Adrian makes sure everything is handled. Every detail I asked for was handled. I made sure to get there early because we have done party packages at other places where things are not done right but it was PERFECT as soon as I got there. My girls had a blast and loved the whole thing. The party staff were great and the event was seamless. The facility is clean and it was honestly worth every penny. I showed up with nothing but my purse and the crew put all the gifts and leftover food in my car. This was the easiest party we've ever had. I would totally do it again!...
