Don’t go there if your black! I went to grab lunch for me and my coworker I had ordered ahead so I could just pick it up, it wasn’t even ready. There is 5 white girls in front of me and two white boys behind me. The staff was very sweet to the girls in front of me and treated them with great service. When it came to me they looked at me like they’ve never seen a women of color before and skip to the boys behind me. I finally spoke up about the order I made and they were ignoring me once everyone else was gone that’s when one of the girls asked what I wanted, and the other boy rushed to make my food, it was made with no love or care or like anyone else’s. Worst place ever, rude people overall. My boyfriend was one of their most hardest worker, proud at what he did and greated customers the best way possible, super friendly, was very passionate at what he did, and did what he can, even came in whenever they called 2-3 hours earlier than his original scheduled time! Never late, even walked and found ways to make it to work without any excuses! Wrong on so many levels, let go without explanations, wasn't even told by his actual boss, had someone else had to tell him. If you had issues with anything that was being done things should had been addressed before even letting someone go so they can make sure things are done right and satisfied any needs! No hearts whatsoever! Do not ever work here! So disappointed in them!!! So...

Worst customer service ever!! I called to place an order, picked it up and when I got home, one item was missing 2 items that I requested and the other was missing one item. I called to see what can be done and the employee transferred me to her manager. The manager was defensive, argumentative and accusatory! She had the nerve to tell me that it was my responsibility to check the item before I left (not sure how you can check a burrito). I asked for her name and she said she’s not giving it to me but if I’d like, I can come in and complain the next day when she’s not in. Food was mediocre at best (didn’t expect much after the service I experienced). The owner replied to me on Google as well as Yelp to email them. I emailed them over two weeks ago and no one responded....
