I was there with my family Friday night. First thing soon as We walked to the restaurant, I asked a waitress to give us a table where is more quite. Waitress heard us talking in our native language that we all wish to be seated somewhere where is quite. Waitress made faces when I asked her to be seated to another table , not at the one she wanted to sit us. There were 10 free other tables at 9pm Friday night, and all I asked was not to be seated where few tables were already occupied and it was noisy but somewere more quite instead. Basically , restaurant was half empty anyway. This was our 1st time at this place so I was surprised that asking for a quite table to be seated made the waitress to make faces. Same waitres came in and served water on the table. She began to spill water on the table and with very rude face walked away from table, just to show that we are not welcomed here. She had a tatoo on her arm. I began to think is it becasue we spoke out native language the whole time, or because I asked for a quite table at the half empty restaurant. My wife and I began to think if we should just leave knowing that there are many other options in town to dine. I thought if somone is rude like waitress was, it doesnt mean the rest of the crew is. Different more mature waitress served us and all I can say, food is average, but service was very bad, a lot of attitude with message we are not welcomed here, almost made me thinking that "non english speakers here " are not welcome. I tipped 25%, just to show them that We all are humans, and only native americans are native and at some point we all came to this country from other countries and at some point we were all immigrants. I will never go...
Read moreFamily owned and extremely unprofessional! My husband and I were frequents here! After todays experience we will not return. Not only did the red head who took his order refer to him as “homeboy” during his phone call order, she proceeded to tap him and hand him a menu when he arrived to pick up his order! All I will say is she should be grateful I wasn’t there as he was on his lunch break and not one of our dinner pickups! It is NEVER okay to place your hands (or finger) on a customer and I would have gladly corrected her and advised her of this had I been there; especially during a global pandemic! I see in a response below the “owner” even responded to an Ellamarie as “bruh”! Are you kidding me?! As a professional, employee or let alone business owner the employee referring to my husband as homeboy is extremely unprofessional, biased and disrespectful! During such a trying and uncertain time - your customers should be treated with respect and valued for their business. Disgusted and will not...
Read moreI reserved a table at Luigi's restaurant via Google assistant and it worked great. We got a nice table at the window a little separate from the main seating area. The service was nice and friendly and we didn't have to wait long to order. They offer a variety of typical Italian food on the menu like pasta, pizza, risotto, seafood, etc. We had a good bottle of Malbec from Argentina and ordered calamari as appetizer. As main course he had the broccoli gnocchi and eggplant lasagne. Both was good but didn't quite have the Italian touch that we expected like fresh parmesan and basil or garlic olive oil for instance. The ambience was nice but again we missed some Italian music or little details in the decoration. I think these are the small differences that differentiate a good Italian from a great one. Overall we were happy with the experience and definitely recommend it to someone who doesn't have these expectations of an Italian restaurant. However, I think little improvements here and there can...
