McDonald's — Restaurant in Fairfield

Aug 2018. Despite a great remodel, the other issues have not improved. McDonalds is fast , convenient, and inexpensive so "good enough is ... well ... good enough. But when I get home and find no meat in my cheese burger then I have say "not good enough". "Quality" is consistently delivering what is expected. I don't expect fillet minion. But I do expect my cheeseburger to include the burger. It's not like they were busy. Poor quality is a lack of consistency. It comes from not paying attention. And that means random problems. One day it's a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes and is hard around the edges. Then it's no spoons with the sundaes. It's impossible to remember them all but I can't even say they are usually "good enough", just convenient. And now I have to check to make sure they've added the meat. Nah, I'm done.

Aug 2017 2:30pm Management and service is adequate at best. Evening, on the other hand, is notably above par. I'm talking Fairfield, Susuin, and Cordilla. It's in the details. Is the sandwich dry on the edges from to long under the heat lamp? Does someone open up the register rather than have you wait as 2nd in line? If your are just occasional, quick in and out, your odds are are better later. If your a regular, go later or consider others. Me?...

I went through the drive through. I will say that the area is always kept impeccably maintained. I have never seen any trash on the ground. They have two different places to take your order. The cars have to file in like a zipper to get the orders correct. The people working are always polite and patient. You have to remember to swing the right turn wide. The driveway takes a sharp right turn to get to the pay window. I like it because the employees always accommodate me when I ask them to pull their machine out so I can use my Samsung pay app. If you have the McDonald's app they always have better coupons than the Suisun City store. The few times that I went inside the restaurant it was a standard McDonald's restaurant. It wasn't like the one in Lafayette, Ca that has a lot of TVs. Tried the new McCrispy chicken strips. Ample amount of white meat chicken breast, moist, with a fair amount of chicken taste, however the breading seems to be the detractor from a simple dish. Not sure where McD was going with this but they were hot but the crispy is truly missing as the top piece had some crunch on one side the rest was mush. Seems when you cram 4 pieces in a small box the other pieces all lose the crunch or crispy anything. I did like the new chili sauce, but it just doesn't support the lack of crispimess. Yes I intended for it to read that way. Fries where same and served hot and fresh. Lemonade or chicken had me burping for an hour.
