While in line at exactly 2:32 pm today I literally witnessed a customer sitting sit at a table after just ordering a plate of food. A minute later the same customer then realized that she wasn't pleased with her food. Therefore she aggressively walked back to the cashier demanding them to correct the problem because they gave her the wrong type of chicken. I witnessed a staff member behind the counter take the old chicken that the girl had on her plate and dumped it back into the pot consisting of more chicken that is supposed to be distributed among other paying customers. We live in an age of covid-19 where thousands of people have passed away to this invisible virus. Clearly the staff members didn't want to take a couple extra seconds to just dispose of the old chicken into the garbage or realize that it as just a simple loss. Instead they'd rather put the community at risk to save a couple extra sense. Nobody knows if the customer was sick or made physical contact with the chicken on her plate. That's just incredibly lazy thinking and poor business ethics. I ended up walking out and going to Wingstop next door for I was not pleased at all with Panda Express. Who knows what else they've done in the past. I really truly hope that the general manager for this business rectifies...

When I arrived to the restaurant, there was a line to the door. I saw the sign to pick up to go orders near the cash register and I walked there and waited. The cashier refused to acknowledge me and allowed me to stand for 10 minutes. I tried speaking up, but it resulted in continuing to be ignored. A worker from the kitchen saw me, but walked away to the back. I had to get in line and wait 15 additional minutes to get to the woman plating food. She yelled at me and was very rude to me despite me already being inconvenienced. She then wouldn't give me my food despite.me.providing the name of the order, unless I provided my phone number by telling it too her out loud in front of the whole restaurant (something I'm not comfortable with). As someone who works in the customer industry I don't understand how you can treat another person so poorly. If panda doesn't take action in reprimanding their employee I don't understand how a company can function. The employee is Juliana D. I had gone in and was never greeted, never asked if I needed any utensils or a drink. I asked if I can add a drink and she mugged me. I had a gift card and asked to use and she completely denied it. The gift card was sent due to a promotion by Panda Express. I was only helped due to another employee near by.
