Wow I've been going to this location since I moved here two years ago and have usually never had any problems. Today for whatever reason the Uber eats drivers failed miserably in getting my order to me not once, not twice, but three times. This caused me to order through Grubhub and that driver managed to do their job. However, when I took the food in to start eating, the fries were ice cold. I looked at the bag and saw that it was my previous order made from an hour prior. The reason I knew this was a previous order is because I use two different names on both the Uber Eats app and Grubhub app. As I mentioned earlier the final order came through Grubhub so this should have been fresh and with the correct name. Also the time on the receipt was from an hour prior as well. I called and spoke to a manager who apparently told me that they don't make food twice but didn't have an answer as to why they gave a Grubhub driver my previous Uber eats order. They are probably under the impression that I am trying to get over on them however, I have ordered food from both apps and going in person to this location for two years now. I don't know why I would magically decide to one day begin placing random orders to get more food now. It also implies that upon seeing the same order type, they'll just hand whichever order to the driver. This is highly disappointing because I've been penalized all day by the failure of the drivers to do their jobs. When I finally got a driver who managed to do their job, I get cold food through no fault of their own. Probably won't return to this location for a while. This is an extreme let down to just hand drivers whatever order seems to match up.
PS: I don't need free food from you chick fil a, but I do need you to remember to give my drivers my drink with my order because that's also a thing that has been happening. Read moreI should have known something wasn't right when me and my friend pulled up on Chick-fil-A and both their drive thru lanes were empty! I truly have never been disappointed with any of my visits until this particular trip. I don't eat here often but when I do, always such a pleasant experience. Friendly and efficient customer service along with my food always cooked fresh is just what I expect ! I was looking forward to the breakfast but my friend wasn't even aware they served breakfast so she needed a brief moment to look over the menu, of course! Usually these employees don't ever break character or rush me. Unfortunately the order taker was very rude and impatient as soon as we got to the speaker! My friend decided to order off the lunch menu because they made it pretty obvious they had better things to do than stand by as she looked over their breakfast options. As we pulled up to the window, we both caught at least four or five pairs of employee glares that felt very unwelcoming, to say the least. This caused us to look away immediately, basically to one another for confirmation! They repeated our total at the window and that was literally the only words exchanged between us! Not one of them had a smile underneath their masks. Despite all of that, I figured my food would still be 5 stars. So you can imagine my disappointment when I opened the wrapper to a hard, yellowish English muffin top on my sandwich ! It wasn't even hot! Strawberry jelly helped me eat it but sadly, I did not enjoy it :( Also, my ice coffee wasn't stirred up so I could see all the flavor syrup just sitting on the bottom! Thank God my Greek yogurt parfait I paid $3 extra to substitute was tasty! Probably not worth an entire $3, in my opinion. Read moreThe service here has declined SIGNIFICANTLY. It used to be such a pleasant experience greeted with smiles & friendly service & unfortunately that's s a thing of the past at this location. I ALWAYS have gotten a Cobb salad with blue cheese crumbles on the side & the fact that I'm being charged now when traditionally either blue cheese crumbles or feta is part of what constitutes a Cobb salad as a "Cobb" salad.... But whatever. I'll pay. The last 3 consecutive times I've asked for blue cheese crumbles ON THE SIDE they've not been in the bag. Last time I was told to wait out of the line for the salad to be re-made which is crazy when all I wanted was a SIDE OF BLUE CHEESE crumbles. I had to wait over 15 min after working a 12 hr day. Today, same exact thing happened except I declined waiting for the entire salad to be re-made. So they'd prefer discarding a perfectly fine $12 salad for a 35¢ cup of blue cheese crumbles? I have to wait AGAIN after already being in a significantly long line....? The managers attitude about it was pretty snarky & inflexible as if I was asking for some impossible task.
