Diana at the front desk ruined our experience. We showed up 30 minutes early for set up of our party as they stated we could on the phone. When we arrived, Diana rudely and loudly shouted at us to wait and check in only after the entire party arrives first. We waited for our entire party to arrive and checked in as she said. It's now 30 minutes later and the start of our party time; we ask again about our room's availability ONLY to put the birthday cake down. Diana again, SHOUTS at us impatiently, "just TEN MORE MINUTES OKAY? just ten more minutes!!" while waving her hands in the air at us. Now this has become an issue. Her attitude was unnecessary, unprofessional, and her actions were unsympathetic to our needs.

Another manager, Christian, stepped in at this point, and attended to us as much as he could. He was very helpful with the rest of our party planning needs and checked on us multiple times.

Another employee, Melody, was also very sweet and attentive to us throughout the rest of the party.

I understand that the place might be busy on a Saturday and Diana might've had a bad work day prior to our party, or that she's just had a bad day in general. But that shouldn't be an excuse to lash out at us as unrelated customers. This was just pure unprofessionalism and a temper tantrum on her end.

The party planning here is very disorganized, aside from the terrible experience Diana gave us. We had to run around and ask people for plates and utensils even though we ordered food from the venue party package. We did not get the extra set up time (30 minutes prior to party start) like we were told on the phone, so we couldn’t put up any decoration. We've had children's birthday parties at more than a dozen places around the area throughout the years and have had good and bad experiences from all those places, but never, ever, ever this upsetting.

Be cautious about booking here. If you do, maybe bring Diana a coffee, so she won't yell at you...

What surprised me most was how few people were there. Considering the high quality of the facility, the advanced karts, and the incredibly reasonable price, it's almost unbelievable. This hidden gem is Fairfield's best-kept secret, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
