Sushi — Restaurant in Fairfield

It's just a grocery store sushi bar like any other. The suchi is mostly mediocre and a little pricey. I see a lot of complaints but I've had sushi here multiple times and it's like any other grocery store sushi kiosk. If you want good sushi, you should go to an actual sushi restaurant, not a quick grab and go kiosk. The sushi's ok if you are having a bad craving but don't have time to go to a legit sushi spot. The sushi here is mediocre and pretty hit or miss. I've had a few decent rolls and I've had a few not so great rolls. They tend to have a heavy hand with their sauces, putting way to much. That or they are very plain traditional rolls without any add-ons. The thing is if you go during the day will the chiefs are still in you can literally ask them to make you anything, anyway you want it so that's a catch if you'll actually order something specific or just grab on of their premade concoctions. I personally always grab the premade just because I have social anxiety and would rather avoid the interactions but if I didn't I'd definitely order something custom to fit my own...
