Pizza Twist — Restaurant in Fairfield

Manager very nice. Tried it for first time two months ago and now I will not get pizza from any other pizza place. Best pizza I have ever had. Amazingly large variety of sauces and crust is fresh made daily. Last time we went there and ordered two pizzas to go. The manager noticed that his employee had accidentally put the wrong topping on one of them. They made a new one and gave me the one that was wrong for free. Most pizza places would have just given me the wrong one and when I got home with it I would of been very upset. This place rocks. But most of all I can not say enough about how good there customer service is. We ordered from grub hub once and the manager called me and let me know that the grub hub drive did not have the containers that they are supposed to have to put the pizza in to keep it warm. He apologised if the pizza was not as warm as it should have been and even went as far as telling me if I was not satisfied with it I could come in and have a free pizza on him. Just can not say enough about how good there...

The guy who was supposedly the manager was extremely rude. I'm vegan and I ordered two plant based pizzas, but while I was ordering he was acting like he didn't understand a word I was saying or acting like he couldn't hear me and I'm standing directly in front of him, so I had to keep repeating myself. I had 3 family members standing with me while I was ordering and they heard me say 2 PLANT BASED PIZZAS. They heard HIM say 2 plant based pizzas when he read back the order. But he gave me 1 plant based and 1 regular pizza. All I wanted him to do was fix his mistake, but he had a real snappy attitude and kept telling me no like I'm the one who screwed up the order. I was trying to be polite but when he got snappy my sister and I snapped back, and that's when he changed the order. There is no way I'm going back there and it was my first time. Just because you're having a bad day or whatever, that's no excuse to push that on other people...

My husband and I were actually going to another pizza place downtown, but as we parked, we noticed a new place in town to try. We noticed on the door that the closed sign said 9PM, but the door was open, so we went in 🤷🏾‍♀️. A gentleman informed us that they were closed, so we decided back to Plan A. As we made it halfway into the street, the gentleman rushed out and told us that he'd let us order because someone else would be staying to help.

We ordered three pizzas. .. I had a veggie pizza and a garden salad, and my husband ordered a BBQ Chicken and other type of chicken pizza with a white sauce. I was skeptical at first because I am particular about my pizza, but it was good! Nice flavor and my salad 🥗 was fresh and crisp. The total was $54, but I didn't think that...
