Everyone who likes a thin crust pizza will love this place. The pizza style is comparable to Colony Grill but in my opinion even better because there is more cheese and toppings on it and they have great hot oil. The bar area is very nice and they have a good choice of beers on tap. This place just opened 3 months ago so everything looks clean and new. Definitely one of my favorite places for pizza in town. For those who prefer thicker crust I recommend Frank Pepe or Fire Engine Pizza in Black Rock. However, the atmosphere at Riko's is better considering the great bar area and the more modern style.

Listen I LOVE Riki’s. I have worked in multiple restaurants and a few pizza places. Making food is not rocket science. And if you are going to offer olives as a topping especially kalamata which I will say separates you from the rest I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you REMOVE THE PITS! Extremely lucky I didn’t crack a tooth because why would I be careful eating pizza when the safe assumption I there aren’t olive pits in the olives! This is a tooth cracking and choking hazard!

Someone described this as cheese on a crisped flour tortilla or matzo. Accurate. The cracker (can't call it dough or crust) is a vehicle to hold cheese and some sauce amalgam. I like meted cheese hence 2stars for the food. The atmosphere reminds me of family restaurants in the 1960s. As a rip off of Colony pizza they didn't improve and actually made it worse. One large pepper looks nice but not useful when eating. One and done.

Went on a very busy Friday night with a party of 8 (including 2 very active toddlers) and had a surprisingly great experience.

Food: Nice, crispy thin crust. Good variety in toppings, however I wish they had different sizes. I had the one with basil which was great but the basil was only in the center, rather than sprinkled all over. Nitpicky, I know, but if I order basil I expect it to be a main ingredient. Also had the buffalo which was good at the time but unfortunately did not reheat well.

Atmosphere: Extremely crowded at the entry (uncomfortably so). Would recommend implementing a “wait-in-your-car, we’ll-buzz-you-when-your-order’s ready” system so the front area doesn’t get overloaded with people awaiting takeout. Didn’t notice much else tbh, but no red flags to speak of. Be prepared to park far away as the lot fills up fast.

Service: Our server was a champ. The food took a while but she handled it all smoothly. The true cherry on top however, was running into the man who identified himself as the owner. He was actually eating the pizza (a good sign) with some friends nearby and stopped to chat. Some of my family members are black/brown and unfortunately we have had some bad experiences of racism elsewhere, but the owner talked to my dad as if he was an old friend. It made my heart so full.

Overall: Excellent experience. Would be happy to visit again next time...

been there twice, service was normal, not tip worthy, they just brought us our food. i would like to note that we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. My friend and i both didn’t tip, may be controversial to others but all they did was bring our food and hung around until we were done. Today, we decided we wanted to go again, we were stopped by the man in the front counter and called us out on not tipping the past two times, i didn’t realize tipping was mandatory, he raised his voice at my friend and I, i quickly stopped him because i am a 17 year old girl getting yelled at by a 40 year old man, I will not handle getting disrespected by a man that is standing there doing nothing. I was told to do take out if i wasn’t going to tip which i think is really entitled of them, especially if they want a tip, that’s not how you speak to a customer. I work in the food service industry and I don’t treat anyone differently whether they tip or not nor do I disrespect and call people out on not tipping. I may be a 17 year old girl, but that doesn’t mean I can’t stand up for myself and my friend! tipping is optional and is earned by how well the service is, if the service is bad, you’re not...

Writing my first even restaurant review as the services I received 3/10/23 was the worst I’ve experienced. Long story short it took over an hour to get our pizzas, even seeing a table sit down, eat, and order a pizza to go before we even got our pizza. When the pizza finally came the order was wrong, only bringing two pizzas when the order was three. One of the pizzas they brought out was a buffalo chicken pizza with hot oil and meatballs, truly foul. We told them the order was wrong but said it was fine as it was 1 hour 15 minutes since we ordered and we were starving, should have sent it back it was terrible. The other hot oil pizza (half meatball - correct, half sausage - incorrect) was a good pie. But after such a terrible experience typically restaurants will correct their mistake by giving some sort of discount but they did not hence this review. The one hot oil pizza was solid but due to the bad service you’ll likely be better off going to...
