RECENT: Spend $24. Staff did not check me in to collect my point nor did not provide receipt. Horrible at making sandwich could not make a simple turkey and cheddar. Picture attached on my turkey avocado spinach wrap when I asked to cut in HALF. Did not use the white safe paper while preparing food. Used the same knife and did not clean the cutting board from previous. Allergic hazards and un sanitary. Hate to say it , but this is similar to king crab on Travis and should be closed down for lack of management.
DONE WITH THIS RESTURANT.
UPDATE: Store manager made contact and appologize for the experience. This is good enough to show that store cares about the community and want to deliver satisfaction and delicious food. Eventhough act of rude employee should not be effecting the overall store but for now I will stay as 4 star till next experience.

The regular sized Hot Pastrami was listed as $10.50. I was charged $11.25, plus tax and a tip. The young man who helped me was quiet and had a thick accent. For every question he asked, I had to ask "pardon?" This made the whole process longer. I asked for sourdough bread and got white instead. Only the meat was heated. The rest of the sandwich was cold. My cheese wasn't melted. It isn't even real pastrami. It doesn't have marbling or pepper coating. They use some cheap, knock-off. I hadn't been to a Togos in 19 years. I don't think I'll go back to one. It...
Read moreI ordered a tuna melt on kiosk and when I asked her about what does Togo style SP mean on sandwich she said salt and pepper which is all I wanted. She proceeded to add tomato, and onion. When I told her I didn't want that she became very rude and argumentative. She said that Togo style SP means add tomato and onion when originally she did not say that. I reminded her of what she said before that she said just salt and pepper, and she proceeded to became more rude and argumentative. This was on 1380 Holiday Lane in Fairfield Ca. Friday March 7th. I ordered a...
