Sandra's Place — Restaurant in Fairhope

NOT upholding social distancing laws: “Restaurants must limit tables to 8 persons and maintain six-foot distances between dining groups.“ Passed by today and saw over 8 customers with no additional spacing. Before lockdown was lifted I ordered curbside and there was no system for remaining 6 feet apart and customers were crowding in the main waiting area. I am not going to report a local business to police in these difficult times, but unless they start putting in effort to keep themselves and their customers safe I don’t plan on returning even once...

We've been to Fairhope two times from Idaho and had lunch at Sandra's each time. The food is fresh and delicious and the folks there couldn't be friendlier. I had the hot ham and cheese on my last visit and it was very tasty. Generous amounts of ham and melted cheese, you won't leave hungry. My daughter Loves the Ruben, she talks about it all the time and couldn't wait to go back to get another one, which she did. She was not disappointed. Quaint atmosphere, its fun to sit on the patio and watch Fairhope walk by....

Nice little sandwich shop. Lunch for 2 costs $32.00 , yep, that's not a typo. I got the chicken salad sandwich, it had almond slivers in it (I liked that) and the chicken was in chunks (I don't like chunks or the gristle)I was expecting the bread to be a croissant, but it was regular thick bread, hubby got the turkey sandwich (he was happy with it) chips were included, no choices, they were already boxed up to grab and go.
