Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Fairlawn

(Update 8/5/25 thank you to April DiSanza for providing me with 2 free sweet almond pretzels to make up for my experience. Things like that make a world of difference, I will definitely be back as usual again.)

Original post: Please stop overcooking the pretzels. These pretzels are almost $7 each now, they need to be made right. I went to the Auntie Anne’s in the food court. I wanted 2 sweet almond pretzels made fresh because the only 2 available were burnt. I was told “we’re not making anymore tonight, try the kiosk location.” It wasn’t even 7 o clock yet and they weren’t closing until 8. That is terrible awful customer service and bad business. I would’ve accepted the 2 available had they been cooked correctly, if they aren’t up to par that is ridiculous to turn down customers. So basically I had two options, take these burnt ones or get nothing. I wonder what do they do when online orders come through over an hour before closing time and they don’t have what’s available? I would test it but this location will never receive my...

I would give this store 0 start if I could. Clearly they are hiring people who cannot even read, can't even distinguish between "and" vs "or", and arguing that "OR" means "buy one get one free". When I tried to explain to them couple times, workers there don't even listen, they were rolling eyes on me as if I don't know how to read. Since when the word "or" interpreted as "and"?? And then the old lady cashier were yelling at me that she is going to refund my money and I can go buy pretzel at the different location. So much rudeness and attitude for selling pretzel. Never been treated so horribly. Clearly, they didn't wanted to sell it to me bc of the color of my skin. I will never go back to this...

Wish I could give zero stars. Everyone that works there is just straight up rude and disrespectful. They make you feel uncomfortable for having the audacity to order food at THEIR job they CHOSE to work at. They go out of their way to have an attitude and make you feel bad. They should just close/ fire everybody and put in a new store. I never write reviews for anything but they are just that bad! Also the auntie Anne’s that’s by Macy’s…. I went to hand the guy that was working there money and he told me he wanted exact change. I said that’s fine, do you not have any change? He said no I do. Like what? Mad confusing. At least he was nice...
