Sadly, I have to write review on here because the website provides no clear cut way to contact the store via email, or to contact corporate via email-just a Facebook messenger app and a phone number. Since its easier for me to articulate things in writing, I am left with no other method than a google review. The store seems to have increasingly put less and less effort into in-store guests and focuses so much more attention on deliveries. I am here nearly 3-4 times a week, working remotely and I am at the point where I am going to need to find somewhere else to go because the service is downright frustrating. Why have 4 register terminals if there is only ever one person working each side? Then if someone orders a smoothie or a coffee, that cashier is pulled away to make the drink. In todays case the woman working the bakery side is and always is, as slow as molasses. Then even slower when she has to make drinks. Why not set up a designated person to make drinks? Every day that I come in, I come in just before lunch and it doesn't seem like the staff can get into gear until half way through. As a veteran in the food service industry, I just cant wrap my head around why staffing isn't increased earlier, for lunch, and why the mangers are always glued to the delivery terminal. Then, as frustrating as the experience is, you get to see they zombies roaming around the dining room pretending to clean, with no sense of urgency, while there is a line out the door. One day two weeks ago, I witnessed one of the staff wiping off tables in the dining room duck into a booth and play on her phone. She even looked at me and said "shhh, I'm...
Read moreLet's get readddddddddddddddddddyyyyyyyyyyyy to rummmmmmmmbbbbbbbbbbble !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the left corner we have Tracey weighing in at a solid 350 lbs. Her recent competitors find her to be rude, impolite, and unapproachabbbbble. Which is why she holds title as the heavy weight "general manager"! If that's not enticing then just wait to you hear how she performs in the ring. Recently an opponent approached the fire breathing dragon requesting for granola to top of their yogurt. Immediately her nostrils flared, and she eluded to project the word "No" three times. The opponent attempted to reason with her by offering to pay for the mere morsels, however the request , was found to be despicable. Tracey exclaimed that "there was simply no way for her to ring it in"! At this point the audience went wild , and was waiting to see how the opponent would recover from such hard blow. A person form the audience shook her head in disbelief. I could see the assistant manager wanted to intervene, but due to the fear of Tracy she kept quite, with her cheeks flushed. Alas the opponent could only take the coffee they had previously purchased, and quickly run out the door , to avoid the looks of discomfort , and utter whispers from disbelief. Tracey continued to mangle orders for the upcoming rush ,and gave no eye contact for remorse. She then smirked and stated " what a dumb request to substitute a free cookie for a bagel, what the hell were...
Read moreNewest review: I am providing suggestions in an effort to improve. Serve the broccoli soup more than tepid. Provide a knife to butter the bread, train your staff to say you're welcome when someone says, thank you, and clean the space. Remove the trash under the tables. My photo only shows a fraction of what was there. It really was trashy. Provide a daily half sandwich and soup special. Train staff to offer possible ideas. We don't visit often, so suggestions would be helpful. As an example, it is clear that the soup and salad at Olive Garden are $9.99 or similar. We need eating establishments in the area and don't want you to go under. The staffing at this location is an issue. At this point, I'm not sure that I want to return.
New review: the Sesame Asian salad dressing didn't taste like the Panera SA dressing you buy from Giant Eagle. Extra dressing was provided when I asked. I don't think they shook the container to make sure the dressing was well mixed. Suggestion: Do a better job building your sandwiches. We pay a lot for your food and we expect your best effort. The items on the sandwich should be balanced over the bread. Half of one side didn't have an equal amount of meat, tomato, cheese, onion, etc. The slice of tomato was razor thin. Tell your personnel to take pride in building a sandwich and preparing food in general. These two issues imply laziness. Wake up your staff. Companies are making...
