I purchased some items at the Home Goods store. There were 21 items total. I tried to return 7 items back the very next day. So, I marked the receipt to show the cashier which items I'd like to return & handed her those 7 items. The goods were in their original packages. It took 38 min. for the mgr. & cashier to issue me a credit. The Mgr. who was an older lady, never smiles, at least those 38 min. (maybe she had some personal problems, I'm not sure).However, I felt a little puzzled the way she was looking at me. I felt like I'm guilty of doing something wrong. At least I got that impression of her. After waiting, & waiting almost 40 min. until the hard decision was made by the mgr. I looked on the receipt & noticed that I was credited for 4 items only. The cashier said that she doesn't know where the other 3 items were, & she doesn't recall if there were 7 items for the return. I was a little confused. However, I didn't make any noise or arguments... I just left the store, & I was embarrassed from the situation I got in. By the way, those 3 items were worth about $50.00. It was my very first time shopping at the "Home Goods." Of course, I wasn't expecting that situation to happen to me. But most of us never know what's going to happen to us anywhere,...

My go to household items store. Love this place. Expensive name brands at low discount prices. You can't beat that combination. Never disappointed when I shop here. The sun always shines in this store even when it's pouring down rain outside. Always a new adventure with different items regularly displayed.

The kitchen stuff is my favorite spot. Some beautiful cupcake and muffin pans. You would pay a small fortune for these high quality name brand baking pans at an upscale department store. I couldn't even find these pans on Amazon for the prices I paid here. These items were not advertised as irregulars and I have never found anything that I've bought to be flawed.

You can find some really nice holiday decorations here, or some home decore for everday use. There's something for every room...

This review isn’t for the store but for one of the employees. Her name is Val. She is completely the nastiest person I’ve ever experienced. I watched as treated a sweet older woman with such disgust. The old woman was making a return and Val said “maybe you should stop buying things” the old woman apologized profusely and my heart sank for her as i watched her shake with embarrassment. Kindness goes so far and i wish more people would practice it, people such as Val who are cold, rude and far from kind.
