i am absolutely disgusted with the experience i had today 10/18/2024. every friday i come here for bombolinis and i have never had any issues except for today. i pull up to the window, and ask if they have any left. the lady at the window says yes, and i ask which ones, she replies “all of them” i say okay….all of them as in mixed berry, pumpkin, chocolate, and vanilla? she states that they don’t have mixed berry only pumpkin in the nastiest tone. when she was the one who said that they had all of them to begin with. i just ask for 4 vanilla because her attitude is absolutely disgusting and i just want to get them and leave. she doesn’t give me a total, just tells me to pull up to the front window. when i get to the front i ask her if there’s a manager i can speak with and she says “i am the manager, why?” i said well you’re being extremely rude and your attitude is disgusting and i did nothing to you, is there anyone else i can speak to? she hands me the bombolinis, slams the door in my face, doesn’t give me a receipt and walks away. and at that point i just wanted to give them back. i sat there for 5 minutes in shock holding up the line just for my receipt. 3-4 people pass the window and chose not to acknowledge me or the other cars, one of your employees came up to the window, asked if everything was okay, i told her exactly what happened and stated that i was just trying to get my receipt, and i explained how her ASSISTANT MANAGER was treating me because at the end of the day, she was in the wrong. the kind associate was extremely understanding and refunded my purchase (i explained that i was absolutely not trying to look for handouts or for anything free, i was just extremely disappointed in the service, because that has never happened to me at this establishment before.) unfortunately, with this experience i won’t be coming back to this establishment but i enjoyed it...
Read moreMy recent visit to Cafe Arnone was an absolute delight. The cafe's ambiance is both inviting and sophisticated, with its rustic brick walls, exposed wooden beams, and charming vintage décor. The staff, clad in their crisp black aprons, exude a genuine warmth that makes you feel like a valued guest.
Of course, the true star of the show at Cafe Arnone is its coffee. Their espresso is rich, bold, and perfectly balanced, while their cappuccinos are frothy and delightfully indulgent. I savored every sip, appreciating the depth of flavor and the artistry that went into each cup.
But the culinary delights at Cafe Arnone don't stop at coffee. Their gelato, made fresh daily with the finest ingredients, is a symphony of flavors and textures. I sampled the pistachio and tiramisu flavors, and both were absolutely divine. The pistachio was a vibrant green, bursting with nutty goodness, while the tiramisu was a decadent blend of coffee, cocoa, and mascarpone cheese.
As I lingered over my coffee and gelato, I couldn't help but notice the other patrons around me. There were business professionals chatting animatedly, couples enjoying a quiet afternoon together, and families sharing laughter and stories. The atmosphere was one of contentment and connection, a testament to the power of good food and good company.
In conclusion, Cafe Arnone is more than just a cafe; it's an experience. It's a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in the simple pleasures of good coffee, delicious food, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend checking out this Fairlawn gem if you're looking for a taste of Italy, right in your...
Read moreI wanted to love this place. i really did..It had decent reviews an amazing website.. But wow was it just mediocre.. A coffee house owned by the same owners as sals gelato... It was just meh... Look I am a huge gelato fan. I know that part of the intrigue of gelato is how its presented. Most flavors have some sort of sprinkle on it .. Like mint chocolate chip has chocolate sauce drizzled on top... Most gelato places will either readd the topping once the top layer is gone or add some topping to each serving... This place's gelato looked awful ... Some was flat out melting... other looked like it had a layer of water forming on top of it... I was like ewww... not appetizing at all... Food is half taste and half look/presentation. If the gelato is presented like that... what would it taste like... the pizza was shocking... like the sauce was borderline dessert level sweet. I have had true cafe style italian pizza before. This was not it. This was a step above digornio. The best pizza of that style in summit county is still 3 palms in hudson.. I have new york parents and they both agree that is closest thing they have ever tasted to true italian pizza from new york. This was not it.. Im sorry. I was hoping for...
