EDIT 8/5/21: Food is still as tasty as always, but a new tip for those looking for bulk meals or family pack dining: Just order the individual meals. I ordered a $30 Family pack for 4, which according to the menu board and the website is supposed to include 1# each of two meats, 2 quarts of sides, cheese, lettuce, chips and salsa. While our meal was being assembled, we observed that they use a 4-compartment container with 4-16oz compartments. Each container is filled with a meat or a side without regard to weight or measure beyond filling the hole. As it turns out, we did receive a pound of shredded beef, but the grilled chicken came in at 10 ounces, and both sides were one pint, not a quart, half of the advertised quantity. When asked about the sides, the team member showed us a pint container and said it was a quart. We corrected her and headed to the register, where the Pack appeared on the register at $32, not the posted $30 price. We pointed this out and the pricing was corrected. All in all, not a shining moment for the Family Pack side of the menu, especially if you were expecting a certain amount of food for a group. Might be a good idea to remove the weights and volumes posted in the menu if they're not going to end up in the bag.
(Prior Review) Always a good bet for carry-out meals, and the food/service for dine-in is worth the visit - grab a seat on the patio for best results. Last carry-out visit, I thought it was unusual that the staff was unaware that traditionally, there's usually a piece of grilled pineapple on top of a pastor taco. They told me that "it's cooked in pineapple," which was OK, I guess, but where's the piece of pineapple on top? They then topped each taco with a sundae-sized portion of pineapple tidbits, might have been a bit of overkill, just one or two tidbits and a little cilantro would...
Read moreWe saw this place on New Day Cleveland on cinco de maya and made a mental note to try it. We went there on Friday to get two take out dinners. My husband ordered the chicken burrito bowl and it was so much bigger than Chipotles. You pick out what you want in it. What we didn't know was they charged extra for guacamole and pico de gallo and sour cream. I ordered 3 enchiladas 2 shredded beef and 1 shredded pork. They grabbed the corn tortillas and rolled the up then they put the sauce on and added cheese on top. I have an idea for the owner. Cook the enchiladas in an oven make them ahead of time because that's how enchiladas are made. These sucked because the corn tortillas were soaked and gooey from the sauce. When they are baked together the tortillas soak up the flavor of the sauce. No flavor in these. I had a side of rice. Total for dinner was over 37.00. I guess that's because they are in Fairlawn. We won't be back. I wish we had gone to Taco Bell and bought chalupa supremes at least they taste good. There are lots of great Mexican...
Read moreThe food is very good here, me and my friend eat here all the time. The only problem I have with this restaurant is that they need to update their google menu and do better as far as their customer service. I ordered pick up and did the Taco Tuesday deal for me and my family. My brother cannot eat pork at all so he ordered the chipotle chicken. When he sat down to eat he saw that the taco was topped with bacon. When ordering pickup from google food, it never said that the chipotle chicken or any other meat came with anything extra, just the meat and then you got to choose your toppings. We called up to the restaurant and told the employee what had happened and the manager was in the background saying that we could just pick the bacon off. Being in the food industry you have to take every substitution and allergy serious because you never know if it’s fatal or not. For their manager to suggest something like that is unprofessional...
