Five Guys — Restaurant in Fairview Park

I am actually writing this review due to the way one of your employees spoke to meI am an Uber Eats driver and I pick up deliveries at this Five Guys location all the timeSo tonight when I went in to pick up my delivery when I walked up to the counter I was actually ignored by two of the employees that were behind the counter working the manager she was busy cooking but these two employees knew I was waiting there looked at me but didn't even ask me anything about what I was there for the name on my order or if I've been helped the restaurant was dead there was two other people waiting besides meSo I waited at the counter patiently Once I made the observation that my pickup order was not readyBecause I can see that the the ticket wat on the prep table , I went to the area where you order and asked very politely " hey guys do you know how long before my order is ready" , your employee then answered me " well how long you been waiting?". Bad customer service!!

I went on Saturday at 9:30pm. Got a bacon burger with a extra patty $2.00 extra and my son got a burger with ketchup and mustard. The order was for take out. When I get home my sons burger has a ton of pickles on it and no ketchup or mustard. My burger is missing the extra patty I paid extra for. I call them up and they just closed. The girl I talked to takes my name and number and says the manager will call me in the morning for a refund. I'm still waiting on that call. I would avoid this five guys at all cost. While ordering our food, the guy wasn’t listening at all, and rung up an extra meal. Even though we got that meal off, a burger, fries, and a drink here costs $20!

Once we sat down, we were disturbed and scared of the woman (manager), who was yelling at an employee, slamming her desk, and throwing books. Manager also yelled at costumers for asking if she was okay.

Once we got our food, my friend and I noticed our burger buns were rock hard, and the patties were as dry as the Sahara Desert.

Lastly, the manager yelled at another employee as we were eating, and threatened to fire him for going to the bathroom.
