Me and my 5 other coworkers faithfully order from here almost every day at different times. It's hit or miss. There are only a couple people who are very pleasant and make the smoothies correctly. It's like one of those things where "why do you keep going if it's inconsistent" well I just give chances over and over hoping the service or the quality will change and now I've finally decided to never come back to this location after tonight.
I love the variety of smoothies but tonight I watched a young girl try to blend the smoothie and it was too thick so she turned around and added tons of water. I can understand people making a small mistake or still learning so I just didn't say anything figured it would still taste fine. Not really confrontational so I got in my car and started heading home. Took a sip and my smoothie literally tasted like water with a hint of out of season bitter oranges. I really tried to drink it but it just wasn't enjoyable as it sometimes is. I called and politely mentioned that I was just in and that I didn't want the girl who made my smoothie to feel bad. Of course I knew the reason it tasted the way it did was because she drowned it with water to thin it out because obviously the ingredients weren't correct or else it ends up blending properly and tasting right. She was very sweet to me and said she understood and apologized for the other girls mistake and said can you come back? I was already back a city over at home and so I said I can come tomorrow before work and get it replaced. She says okay writes my name and says i cant guarantee i can replace it but i wjll call my boss. Proceeds to call me back after calling her boss and tells me her boss (the owner Rich) said if I don't bring the smoothie back I can't get it replaced. Well I am not driving back up tonight, and she said yes just put it in the freezer or something and bring it back tomorrow.
At this point It's just getting like... this is uncomfortable and I'm feeling like you don't believe one of your workers made a mistake (its not that hard to believe based off of these common reviews) so you want me to bring my smoothie back in frozen form in order to MAYBE get a replacement and it likely be done wrong again. I still said OK then I thought about it called back and was like you know.. I'm sorry because it's not your rules it's your owners but I'm going to drive back up right now hand you the full large smoothie and I just want my money back. What if I forget the smoothie in my freezer the next day and also I wanted the smoothie tonight! If you make a mistake rectify it don't inconvenience me even more. It's pretty much the same thing as being like take a video of you dumping it out so you can prove you dont want it....I really don't want it, but you're giving me no choice but to bring it back so you can just throw it away? It's just silly.vIt's not just this situation but many others where I'm like... huh. This smoothie is probably 2 dollars worth of ingredients and instead of remaking the mistake the next day and being like "I'm so sorry let me write your name down" it became a whole shebang of phone tag messenger of the boss saying I have to do this and that to get a smoothie I PAID for made correctly. Simply annoying and awkward. I'm not a cheap person. I spend lots of money here on a weekly basis. And the owners response to all of these reviews is trying to justify all of the wrongdoing or being defensive. You ended up losing out on more money at the end by refunding me a full 9 dollars instead of just saying yeah we'll remake that for you and spending less money on the ingredients in the smoothie to make another one. Idk. Personally as someone who has a lot of experience in business management, I'd gladly refund or remake something for someone if I was highly under the impression it's not that hard to believe it was messed up. Read moreWe go to the location often as it’s close to work and the gym. My boyfriend has a tree nut allergy and we always tell the girls to make sure and use oat milk. Today he noticed the girl put almond milk. He asked her three times to double check and she just dismissed him put the shake in front of him and left. We ended up just throwing the shake away as he can have an anaphylactic reaction. If you going to hire 16 years old kids that don’t care about anything that’s fine but at least make sure they understand how allergies work and maybe have them offer to re make the shake? Regardless it was not a good experience.

Read moreArrived at 8:34pm, hours were closing at 9pm. Drove 35minutes to make it there in time. And whoever was closing on Friday night December 22nd 2023 had “already closed” even though the lights were on, the doors were open lights were on. The girl was counting the register and refused to make any transactions. This is absolutely horrendous service. Will not be back. Don’t go here. Terrible staff.
Now the owner is calling me a liar… 2 females came in right after me and had the same thing happen to them. Nice try to lie on a google...
