I had an amazing Thai chicken and vegetable dish at The Fork – Fairview Food Plaza, and it did not disappoint! The owners were incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my preferences. The dish featured large-cut, fresh vegetables and perfectly sliced chicken, all coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. It had a bit of a spicy kick (they forgot to ask about my spice level), but it was still absolutely delicious. Served with fluffy steamed white rice at no extra charge, the portion was generous, and at just $15, it was a fantastic deal....

We discovered this place just driving through Gresham. The Fairview Food Plaza is such a hidden gem comparing to the more popular food truck blocks in Portland. It was a cold rainy day and Kua Thai did not disappoint. I think it has the best Tom Yum I ever have. The classic Pad See Yew is so delicious and packed with nutrients. Everything blends together at the right proportion. I would definitely stop by again to have some delicious Thai food the next time...

I ordered Chicken Pad Thai, top spice level Thai Spicy. Normally, places in this area never make it hot enough. Adding some homemade chili oil that they have there made it absolutely perfect.
