This place deserves zero or negative stars. A group of six of us had 9pm reservations and it took until 9:15 pm to get seat at our table. Our waiter told us we needed to order quickly. We told him we were ready but then he immediately disappeared without taking our order. After we he finally took our order, we also asked for a wine list. Again the disappearance. Our wines finally showed up at 10pm. We asked about our appetizer - just a cheese plate - and were told they were waiting to have the rest of our food ready. Why is something called an appetizer? The concept seems foreign to them. In the end our cheese board showed up at 10:15pm and the rest of our food at 10:30pm. The cheese was actually good. The wines were clearly stored in open bottles and had lost all character. Every other food item was bland and tasteless. So we ended up waiting an hour and a half for...

The restaurant was quite loud both inside and out. Traditional tapas Spanish food. The manchego and iberico ham were particularly good. And expensive to match. Might have been a new server or in training but took forever for him to come over. Serve my wife her glass of wine, and even the bread he offered came out after our dishes came out. Took ten minutes from giving him our credit card for the bill to come out to sign. Couldn't tell if they were pushing us out as it was a late reservation or if they were just being lazy. Would eat again because of the food. And staff was very friendly just not timely. Also it states reservations are mandatory but that's not true. Booked this restaurant for my daughter’s quinceañera. Party of 20. You would think they would go above and beyond considering it was my daughter’s quinceañera and we brought them in a lot of business. Nope. Absolutely the worst service my wife and I have ever received and we have traveled and dined at many restaurants across the world.

We waited 2 hours to be served. Our waitress rarely passed by our table to refill our waters or ask if we needed anything. Once we brought the long wait to the attention of the manager she was snappy and very rude. Eventually I had to walk downstairs and complain to the hotel management. Do not book this restaurant and do not stay in this hotel if you want to avoid...
