Honey Bee Cafe — Restaurant in Fall River

I really loved this place, but my recent experiences haven't been good at all. I loved their tuna sandwich, but the last two times I ordered it didn't come with red onions and the tuna salad was wet with mayo seeping from the sides. The one I currently have I can't even eat as it just tastes like mayo and salt, and is so wet it won't stay on the sandwich. It also takes a little bit regardless of how busy, which makes me think they make the tuna to order. Which is great if the person who's making it knows how to. Coffee is sometimes amazing and sometimes tastes like nothing. Consistency is a big problem, so I think with more training this place...

Very cute spot! Great use of space too - they utilize the space in between two evening restaurants for breakfast time. They have such a cute set up here The staff was all nice and spoke Portuguese and English (obviously) I wish they heated the croissant on the flat top for the sandwich, it would have made it a lot better. The tea brand they purchase also isn’t the best but it’s fine - may have just been the one I had. I would still recommend it here - just maybe ask they heat the whole sandwich up when you order. I really wanted to like this café because the atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. The vibe was definitely nice, but unfortunately the food and drinks were a big letdown. The dishes sounded good on the menu, but the flavors and execution just weren’t there—it felt like little thought was put into them. I also tried the matcha and a cold brew, and both tasted very low quality, far from what you’d expect at a proper coffee shop. Overall, I can’t recommend this place.
