Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fall River

I started to realize why everytime I called to this place they never answer the phone calls, is impossible to get in hold with the staff there, So if I go directly to the store their staff id chilling in their phone ignoring the calls so I have to make the order personals or through the application "which shouldn't be a need for this".

What I did was, I dialed the store number while I was at the store and put my phone in my pockets and guess what? They ignoring every single call because they want to be chilling or only getting online orders. I really feel bad for the store owners if he's questioning why he's not making more profit at his store, that's why "BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT & STAFF THAT WANT TO BE IN THEIR PHONE ALL HIGH IGNORING CALLS".

If nobody believe what I'm saying, just go to the store personally and dial their number while you there and you'll see how they just don't care...

I had placed an order about 10:15pm, I knew they had closed at 11 so I figured they would still have time to deliver my order. As I had just finished placing my order through the app, estimated delivery time was for 11:05pm. It was 11:20, I still have yet to receive my pizza so I called the store and whoever the gentleman was that I had spoken to on the phone said he had cancelled my order and he was so rude to me, mind you I waited over an hour for my food to not even show up. They didn’t even bother to call me to inform me that they cancelled the order because the driver had already left the store with the last 3 deliveries for the night. I was extremely disappointed because they should’ve called right away and I could’ve ordered elsewhere. Never again will I order from this...

Tried to call for a delivery, no answer. Tried to order delivery online, apparently the house is too far away, even though we're 2.5 miles away in the same city according to google maps. So I order online for pickup, go there, there is a person at the register trying to figure out a coupon for another customer for 7 minutes, person in the back didn't come up to help, finally someone comes to help me, they take my money and head somewhere in the back, while I was asking for my food that I could see on the side ready for me to take because delivery was more important. 5 minutes later someone FINALLY someone gets my order to me.

Never going there again, corporate needs to retrain this branch, or if my customer experience is the norm at this location, close...
