Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fall River

So, pizza delivery. We all have bad experiences and it can be unfair to the store if the delivery wasn't perfect and the customer complains. I'm however leaving this 1 star review for everything that happened after. I had to call the store because food was never delivered, after waiting 15 minutes I finally got through to someone. I was told that the driver called the number but they couldn't get through. I then asked if I could get a refund or if the food could be redelivered and was rudely told they were very busy in the store and they would put me on hold to figure something out. I was on hold for over 30 minutes until i finally got annoyed and drove to the pizza place, as I was still on hold. I got to the "very busy" store and found they had no customers but instead had five employees playing and joking along with their manager. Told the clerk my story, who was the same person who put me on hold in the first place. She got the manager and I finally got my very cold food. This was now well over two hours since the order was placed. I didn't ask for anything but the food that was paid and didn't even ask for the delivery fee or tip. Nothing was offered in the first place and I wasn't about to waste more time dealing with their incompetence. Accidents happen, I was part of the issue because of the phone mix up, but poor service is no accident. It's caused from carelessness and bad leadership. Don't waste your money and, more importantly your time, supporting this business. Honestly this is the worst establishment I have ever been to. My second experience there started off by them putting me on hold for over 15 minutes I had enough time to finish off my errands then drive all the way from Swansea to fall river and place my order in person, the entire time i kept telling myself "man this place must be swamped if I'm on hold for this long" I pull into the parking lot and theirs not one car there no customers inside and the girl behind the counter is just kind of hanging out, i then place my order asking her for a larger garden fresh pizza with no cheese she then says back to me "No cheese right?" she tells me about 20 minutes it will be ready, the entire time the phone had to go off a good 10 to 15 times where she would slowly stroll over to it and pick it up and instantly tell people to hold and never go back to it. 45 minutes later she hands me the pizza i open the box and there is cheese all over it. The lady behind the counters name was Star I'm not sure if that's her real name or just some kind of sick game that shes playing to see how many one stars she can get because she honestly is out of place working there.

So if you are looking for awful customer service who constantly gets orders wrong has absolutely zero pride in what they do then you are going to love this papa johns. Also the people that 5 stared this place and said great employees has to be the employees themselves writing a fake review cause this place is a train wreck from start to finish.

Do yourself a favor don't let this place ruin your day/night order from somewhere else literally...

I just experienced discrimination at Papa John's just picking up my order I was standing in there a few minutes a customer walked in after me and they asked him was he there to pick up an order and they never asked me was I there to pick up my order that is so wrong and discriminating Papa John's Fall River Mass 167 Broadway street even the manager ignored me just now 6:10 pm I am Hispanic and the man whom walked in after I was already there thr employee asked him right away if he's there to pick up his order I am blown away the the manager let it happen and when I complained at first they ignored my complaint then as I complained further then she said sorry what took place this evening at papa johns 167 Broadway st fall river me is the worse thing ive ever experienced as a Hispanic its on there video I'm sure it is where you see me walk in one gentlemen waiting I waited behind him he got his food then girl walked away I stood there patiently waiting then another coroner walked in and the girl attended to him and never asked me about my order 100% discrimination I will defently go further with this its...
