To be straight, i am rather critical of businesses like resturaunts. This review also has nothing to do with wait time, it only recently opened its doors so i expect delays. We arrived early (around 4pm) to try to beat the rush, and a good thing because it got busy fast. The first thing i saw was a group of staff weaving through tables with food and drinks, like a well oiled machine. It was actually kinda cool. Where things went south for me was the food. Nearly 100 dollars for 3 people to eat sets my bar a bit higher than say a diner. I ordered the beef flautas (my fav and test food for all mexican places), and when the food arrived i unforunately had chicken instead. I had to get up to get the attention of the waitress who without skipping a beat went back and got me some fresh beef ones. Now comes the negatives. The value of the food was a big one, 5 dollars for queso which was about a half cup of nacho cheese that lacked flavor. I could of gotten a tub of taco bell nacho cheese for cheaper and it would of had flavor. Average cost of the plates was 15 dollars, and they were full, so quantity wasn't the issue. The food lacked flavor, it was near bland. The table salsa had no kick, and the chips tasted stale. Everything was hot, so no complaints. Unforunately by 5pm they were out of half of their desert menu, so we were a little disappointed on that, will have to review that next time. Overall i dont judge a place on only one visit, so i will write more after ive eaten a few more times. The place is new so expect some delays, but the family running it is doing a great job so far with making it feel of less a wait. I just cant get behind the cost vs the quality of food yet.

Hold on to your sombreros, folks, because I've just had the most mouthwatering experience at Los Gallos in Fallon, Nevada, and let me tell you, it's a flavor fiesta like no other! Now, usually, I'm a die-hard fan of La Fiesta, my go-to Mexican joint. But stepping into Los Gallos, I felt like I was entering a whole new culinary dimension. It's like finding a hidden treasure in the desert. Let's talk about the star of the show: the Carne Asada. Oh my guacamole, it was out of this world! Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, each bite transported me straight to foodie heaven. I swear, the beef practically whispered, "Eat me, señor, I'm the best thing you'll ever taste." And they weren't lying! I couldn't help but compare it to my beloved La Fiesta, and let me just say, Los Gallos knocked it out of the park. It's like they have a secret stash of flavor fairies working overtime in the kitchen. Sorry, La Fiesta, but Los Gallos stole my heart—and my taste buds! And the ambiance, oh boy! It's a fiesta of colors and lively vibes. I swear I saw a tortilla doing the salsa while I sipped on a refreshing margarita. The staff was all smiles and served up top-notch service. They even brought me an extra side of laughter with my meal. So, if you're in Fallon, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to Los Gallos. Prepare to have your taste buds tantalized, your salsa skills tested, and your love for Mexican cuisine reignited. Trust me, this place is the real deal—a flavor explosion that'll leave you saying, "Hasta la vista, La Fiesta!" Olé!

We enjoyed a celebratory dinner on Halloween two years in a row, my Wife's birthday. Restaurant interior honors a special Hispanic heritage with art and decor. As we arrived a greeter met us immediately to seat us to our pleasure. As we were settled, we received chips with salsa, asked our drink preference. I informed waiter, the day is the Lady's birthday. Order taken, received and eaten enjoyably. Group of people around our table sang "Happy Birthday." While finishing the Mexican Cuisine we chatted memories, quiet enough to cherish enjoyed stories of the Family. Will we go for a third year in a row? Probably. One of our FAVES.....

WOW! What an experience. 10/10. The complimentary salsa and SPICY CABBAGE!!! What a lovely and unexpected offering for the chips. Smart. And the flavor was on point! The margarita was top notch and I think we ordered just the house! Probably one of the best we’ve ever had. There was something about it! The size was perfect for us to share one :) Ok so we were honestly surprised by how good the food was. We ordered the veggie burrito no cheese just the red sauce with the fresh veggies (the mushrooms🤤) and it was soooooo what we needed. We also got the chicken fajita salad and the chicken on that was seasoned well and the cucumbers & romaine were fresh! The bleu cheese dressing was also good. But honestly, our server made the entire experience. Since the Plandemic, it’s been extremely rare to receive good service anymore. Jose Luis- you were so welcoming and polite! The restaurant industry needs more people like you. You are very much service focused and that was so inspiring to see! We did have another female server great us and she was also very welcoming & sweet. We didn’t catch her name though but she was working tonight (6/29). The owner also checked in on us and that is a level of professionalism & service you don’t see often! Our ONLY “complaint” was that they didn’t have dessert. We didn’t officially ask so we may have missed that on the menu but we would have definitely gotten dessert after that delicious meal we had :) God Bless you...
