Update 10/18/24 we have since switched to Safeways pharmacy and have not had one issue. This just confirmed that all the headaches were in fact this pharmacy what a nightmare so glad we never have to deal with this ridiculous pharmacy again. ..........If I could do zero stars or negative stars I would. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever come across. Every month, ever prescription is an issue. They claim insurance issues when there are none every time. But every month it ends up being a mistake on there end. Most recently they gave my wife the wrong milligram of her medication. Claiming they had to do a partial, turns out they had the right strength but because they made a mistake and filled a older perception it was a complete nightmare. My wife is due to have a major surgery and due to this pharmacies error she will have to go without a necessary prescription. I am not exaggerating or making this seem worse then it is these are the facts. Also every month they have new staff, so it's no wonder why they keep making mistakes. This pharmacy should be audited investigated and shut down. The Pharmacists in charge should lose their license. After all these are mistakes that they made. They waited till 2 days before my wife's refill of a very important medication and dropped her to cover their own ass. Read moreI had my daughter pick up the medication i literally waited 6hrs from being on hold, to processing slowly to not communicating to the patient what's going on, so I'm left with sending herto the drive thru by 6:30. They close at 7, this odd after being put on hold another 13mins an getting disconnected cuz i kept getting put on hold no matter what most the time. I'm having a panic attack unfortunately by then an the woman I will not say because I know her an still have love for her but angered at how she slammed my meds in the drive thru container an walked away. It is not our fault it was not proccesed till 15mins before your shift was up. Although all requests etc were turned in hours before hand. I'm disappointed because I went cuz I felt comfortable. We all have bad days, but don't take it out on a customer:'( Wasn't her or my fault. Work on communicating, calling back patients so they are not bothering you an they know what's going on..Call if there are problems so the patient knows especially after its told to you everything is good be ready for pick up from the pharmacist, then no texts tosay plans changed an try to fix it when doc offices are still open. Read moreClaimed over and over again they didn’t have my prescription, when my drs office called them magically they had it (hours later at 1 pm) Then they went to lunch from 130 till 2. Then they waited until 3 to tell me that they didn’t want to fill it because it was a strange number of pills. By this time I’m late to work and getting desperate. I had to beg them to fill the script.
I have no idea why the jerked me around all day. But I’m put off my pills and late to work. It’s 330 now, I’ve missed my noon dose and still waiting.
Update- went back to get my friend’s kid’s medication. They asked me ‘why is she on two different doses of the same meds?’ Like seriously can we let the doctors do the prescribing please? She was literally going to ‘call to check on that’ - most likely causing me to have to wait for hours. Having been through this before with them I said firmly ‘please fill the prescription exactly as the doctor wrote and give it to me.’ She let me have it.
