Ghelfi's Candies of Cape Cod — Restaurant in Falmouth

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. My husband and I have been coming here for years in our beautiful little town of Falmouth. Before we went on our Boston Valentine's Day Trip we stopped off at Ghelfi's and I picked out all my favorite chocolates and truffles. They were amazing as always and hands down the best chocolates around! However I noticed a few chocolates were not the ones I ordered but ones that were very similar. They both look exactly the same but a few were raspberry chips instead of peppermint chips. I called them up and told them. They exceeded expectations and were so gracious and generous. Goodness this is what you call customer service. You can tell they really value their customers and that's why we are life long customers. At the Ghelfi’s Candies of Cape Cod located at Mashpee Commons, my friends did not have enough money for their candy so they asked for permission if they could take out some of the candy. The lady asked her boss and the boss said they have to pay the full price. However they did not have enough money. The boss said they couldn’t put it back because they couldn’t touch the candy with their bare hands then sell it again. However the boss touched it with HER bare hands. We were in Falmouth for the July 4th celebrations and stopped in at Ghelfi’s. The atmosphere was bright and colourful. There was a huge selection of chocolate, candy and ice cream. It was a lot of fun perusing all the options before making our selections. It made me feel like a kid again. The service was great - the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
