Ordered a "Tastemaker" deal, extra sauce, light cheese, and 3 toppings, with a double order of breadsticks and an order of mini Cinnabons . the eta was 15-20 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later , entered the lobby and looked over, the monitor said my name and 0:00/Ready remaining on the ETA/Status , I walked up and asked to pay and got told "it's not ready I'm working on it so hold on"
I looked up at the monitor again and knew it was going to be an experience, my order was marked "ready" despite still needing the Cinnabons and other sides finished, so the metric farming is real....
once the employee brought the meal up and began the ringout, all that I had to do was look over at the soda cooler for her to huff and grab the soda that I paid for and throw it on the stack of boxes, again getting the experience that "just because you paid for something you think that you should get it?"
and for the finale, there was no sauce on the pizza that I ordered extra sauce on, the pizza was lukewarm with no seasoning on the crust, there was also no seasoning on the undercooked, doughy breadsticks, and the Cinnabons must have been run through the pizza oven to catch them up because the plastic tray had melted to the Cinnabons rendering them inedible. it would have hurt less to throw 40 dollars out the window then to have my family unbox the meal and look at me in hurt confusion for bringing them food that they couldn't eat. I loved pizza hut, but they're too busy with edgy TMNT pizza boxes to actually make a decent pizza. I just got done a 14 hour day with 7 of them on the road, and all I got was a slap to the face in the form of a mock dinner. Noone did. Next evening when I realized Noone would call I called the store. I was routed to customer service and they sent me back to the store phone. This happened a few times and I was calm and patient. One customer service representative hung up on me and then I was getting irritated. Called the last time and the rep said they can't do anything except keep routing me back until they puck up. Finally the local store picked up and I explained my situation. The lady said it's a bad time and got my number and name to look into it. Day three and just after 11am, I decided to call having not received a call yet and wanting to avoid another brush off due to high demand hours. Guy answers and I give him info. He goes in and refunds my drinks. Pretty quick process from what it seemed. The whole 3 days I was trying to get my money or drinks, I was being re routed and not a single sorry or an offer for free pizza or anything. I mean I paid a delivery fee and a tip and didn't even receive my full order. Looking at the reviews, I can see that this will probably fall on deaf ears and continue with poor customer service. Out of around 6 or 7 times that I have ordered from here, they have gotten my order incorrect at least 3 times. 2 of those 3 I haven't received the correct order, and 1 time they charged me double (the driver demanded cash even though I provided an online receipt and then the manager claimed it was a "system error"). I have also had a random pizza show up at my door that I didn't order (and it wasn't something I would have ever ordered), so guessing the driver messed that one up for someone else. Most recently I ordered a pizza and of course the completely wrong pizza shows up (I had ordered a stuffed crust with three toppings and received a thin crust with one full topping and half of another). I called the facility which was around their closing time and was given many apologies, told they had shut off their ovens, and that they would make sure their "head" manager would contact me.
Update I didn't hear back from a manager so I ended up calling them. They will be replacing my order for free if/when I decide to order again. The GM was very nice and apologetic...
