Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

I just left this Caribou Coffee. I frequently visit the Family Fare they are located inside of so I also regularly visit this Caribou. Let me tell you, this Caribou is one of the worst ran coffee shops to ever exist. They have no idea how to properly schedule staff. There have been times where wait times have been up to 30 minutes! Today, we were standing at the register waiting to order, and it looked like there were 4 people who had already ordered that were waiting for their drink. While standing at the register, the lady working very rudely says "it's gonna be a wait, you see all these people, they are still waiting for their drink." My gosh. First, at least be pleasant when you explain that to customers. Second, there were only 4 customers ahead of us, which is probably $20 worth of drinks. If you can't handle a $20 rush, than how do you expect this business to turn a profit? There is always only 1 person working, and that person is never capable of swiftly handling over 3 customers. It would be a disaster if this place were to ever see drink orders in excess of 4 customers or $40, as that would probably make wait times closer to 45 minutes. You actually have a very good product but your wait times and customer service are very subpar. To anyone who sees this. Visit the Starbucks across the street. Visited this coffee shop inside the family fare,no one was there to serve us for about 10 to 15 minutes. When she finally came in (a lady by the name Braeden S) took our orders we paid and sat down to eat as we had ordered some food from the family fare Cafe next. When our coffee was ready she did not let us know that the orders were ready or even have the courtesy to bring it to our table. When I finally went to enquire she casually pointed to the drinks on the far end of the table where she was serving from. No apologies no nothing. When I asked why she never brought the drinks to us she said she doesn't serve but a minute later on I see her serve coffee to a group next to the table where my wife and I were seated. Am left wondering did she refuse to bring our coffee to the table because we were black? Because the group next table were all white. Rating it 1 star because that's the lowest google can allow me! Caribou inside a south Fargo grocery store. Been at least twice. Fist time there were 2-3 young girl employees working. It was late in day and they let me stand at the ordering area not telling me they just closed until I asked. Second visit was right after lunch rush. One lady in front of me. 2 employees. Gal behind counter was working (albeit super slowly) helping the first customer while I waited. Employee 2 was doing 'inventory' of products in front of and behind the counter...while I waited...and while #1 ran off to restaurant/cafe area to turn off popcorn alarm and reset. While I waited, I had plenty of time to notice ALL the dusty/dirty areas (see photos).😳 No napkins in the dusty dispenser and some of the 'for sale' coffee tumblers in front(which was just inventoried, thank goodness) were dirty. Lots of other Caribou options in town that I will from now on...
