Chalili’s Chicken & Wings — Restaurant in Fargo

I have driven by this place on multiple occasions then read about it on the news so finally decided to try it. Places an order online for the following: 3pc chicken, Cajun fries, spicy chicken sandwich. I believe in honest reviews so here it goes!

The chicken sandwich was absolutely phenomenal! I was expecting something small and lathered in an almost inedible amount of sauce. Neither was true. Perfectly seasoned, a nice bite for spice and this sandwich was so darn big!!!! Loved it!

The classic 3pc chicken was very good as well. I had a hard time eating it as I was pretty full from the sandwich but had to try. Very well seasoned, spoon juicy and great breading! The crunch... Mmm that crunch! IYKYK.

My only, very minor, disappointment was the feeling that the Cajun fries could have had a little bit more seasoning on them. Still delicious! I just tend to enjoy more. Most people would love them just as they are, though!

Though I picked up my order to go, I was there long enough to look around. Their lobby was very clean! It could use a bit more in the way of "clutter", maybe some art or something to look at. It was a bit bland inside.

Went in for the buffet today with my 2 kids who are 2 and 11 months. It was 40 degrees inside! This is so unacceptable! Coming inside from -18 you don’t even realise it but once we paid and sat down it was so cold. All the workers had coats and gloves and hats but we thought maybe they were unloading something from outside. Nope. My two kids had freezing hands the entire time we were there which was a whopping 20 minutes because we were too cold to even eat. The food was nothing special. We were told the breakfast sandwich had no pork but had clear bacon in after we took one and looked first thank god. We didn’t hardly eat anything because our two little ones were cold and upset. Another guy came in and had the buffet and stayed for 5-7 minutes and left so I’m assuming we weren’t the only ones bothered. Other than him we were the only ones eating in. We...

We waited 10 minutes before getting service. Once ordered it was about 20 minutes to get our food. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and an 8pc chicken nuggets. The food portions for the chicken sandwich combos was great. But instead of getting nuggets, we got 1 biscuit which was hard and 1 garlic toast which was burnt. Did not realize the mix up until we got home. Had to ask for our cups for the soda. Plus the special sauce was empty. Told the employee about it and all he did was move the empty container to the back and put the BBQ container in its place. This place had came highly recommended but I don't think I will try it again. While waiting for our food 1 customer walked out cause no one came out from the back. Another customer showed up about 5 minutes after we ordered and was still waiting to get waited on...
