Went there and ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a large fry. At over $14 for one meal, it is more than a little expensive. So, when they finally delivered my $4 order of fries was cold and half full. I tapped on the window, but they ignored it. So, I went back through the drive through and informed them that my fries were cold and not full. Their response, "I guess I will have to put some fresh fries down". No one appologized for wasting my time or trying to serve me trash. I got tired of waiting and left, since no one came to the window to let me know how long it would be or to even say sorry. I guess I won't be eating there any longer. Which is funny, since I used to go there regularly. I guess the day crew is more worried about keeping the business going than the night crew. Either way, fool me once, shame on you...
So, I just opened the burgers, they were cold. The temperature of the burgers was unsafe, so none of the food I just spent almost $15 on was edible. So, I took the food back to get a refund. They refused to charge back to the card that I used and instead insisted on giving me cash. It took about 15 minutes before I got my money back. In that time, the employee had the gall to tell me the food was not cold, it had been in a warmer.
I informed him that meat under 160 degrees is not safe to serve, but he did not seem to care. I suggest being very careful if you get food from here as they may very well...
Read moreWorst management ever. Got someone else’s incomplete order. According to receipt it was a CB/FF, and 2 med blizzards. They didn’t give the blizzards with that order. Was refused a refund even though it was their mistake. It was on camera footage because they checked and Yes we didn’t order the food. Was missing 2 med blizzards that were 6.99 plus tax. that I paid for that I didn’t order Was asked to leave because I had the audacity to question the actual Queen/manager of Dairy Queen on why she was being difficult. If she wasn’t gonna refund then can I get the blizzards that were supposed to come with this order. I did pay for what I was asking her for. Nothing would be free. As was shown on the footage also because yes they checked again. I just wanted what I paid for. She absolutely refused to have any honor or morals. Horrible personality and management. dishonest. And then she called the cops. Petty. Took 4 officers off the street to tend to her ripping me off 2 blizzards. I’m sure there’s more important things for these officers to tend to. Officers watched footage. They could not help me even though they saw in the camera footage I didn’t get what I paid for. This was the most ridiculous management I have ever encountered. manager acknowledged the fact I didn’t get the blizzards I paid for. Dairy Queen your team at this location is seriously lacking! Ripping off customers don’t get you...
Read moreI would be happy to share my experience on my visit at Dairy Queen on 45th Street South Fargo. First of all, if you guys are closed, you should really be putting a cone in your driveup. You should also shut off your lights! I spent time driving into the drive through and watching the person in front of me getting their order and then being told that they would not serve me because it was 10:00 even though someone had drove up behind me so both of us had to wait. Also, when the manager..or whoever it really was..shift supervisor?...told us over the phone too bad...we are closed? I mean, what poor business! Last night I was at Red Lobster and watched a table of 4 walk in 5 minutes before closing...they were handed seated and happily handed menus. I think Dairy Queen needs to take some customer service lessons! Myself and the car behind me arrived before 10 and because we were still in the drive through after 10 trying to order, we got denied. I hope the guy behind me left a comment as well. Replace your shift supervisor..bad business!! The one star you are getting is not even the truth...more...
