This is my opinion and take it as such.
The great thing about this place was the service. Our seater and waitress were the high light. I wish I was good with names because they were nice, kind, and very friendly.
The menu has a lot of options, and if you haven't been here a dozen times, it will be a few minutes to get through. It was around 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, HAPPY HOUR!
Pretzels Bites as an app and the Pepperoni Burger for her and the Gauc and Roll for me.
Pretzel Bites were hot and good at happy hour prices but would skip at regular price.
She liked the Pizza Burger and fries and would definitely order again.
I got the Gauc and Roll with Tots, which was very disappointing. It made my food experience not a worthy one. The Tots were warm at best, almost like they had been out on the counter a while. Not even heat lamp warm. The Gauc and Roll was almost lukewarm. The patty wasn't very warm, and the bun was like it just came out of the refrigerator a few minutes earlier, cold. I did have all the fixings on it, lettuce, tomato, onion. The concept was good, just very poorly executed.
When the plates come to the table, it's not appealing at all. The metal trays are WAY too big for the portions, which are good but get lost on such a large tray. Looks like you're not getting much. The food gets lost. If you look at the pictures, we hadn't touched any of the food yet.
I had a tall tap, and she had an adult Shamrock shake. All good, almost $59
I don't send anything back. I do have trust issues when it comes to food service. It's not the server's fault for the quality of the food and shouldn't have to make it right. She did her job, and I was happy with it. But again, I was hungry, so I did eat it. Otherwise, I would have sent it back and not eaten any more.
There are a lot of TVs and a lot of different things showing, which was good. Variety is a good thing. I just wish they would have had the captions on so I could read what was going on some of the...

My wife and I have had several poor Sickies experiences this year. Today was the worst yet.
We were seated immediately and that was wonderful. Our server greeted us about 10 minutes after and got my drink correct. Not my wife's. My mellow yellow was never refilled even after asking twice. My wife did receive her lemonade but was a strawberry rather than raspberry.
We reluctantly decided to order food.
And I asked for a refill.
We decided for our appetizer, fried green beans. I then ordered a burger and fries, my wife a salad with a side of ranch. We also noticed on the "Shakes & Malts" page of the menu; coffee.
So we ordered a coffee malt.
During this process the waitress gave us this entire talk about how she was sorry for the wait and she will make sure our order is quick.
After a while, we got a butterscotch malt brought to the table. Butterscotch is not our flavor of choice and the girl who brought it said they didn't have coffee syrup so pick another flavor. (In my mind I assumed they used real coffee, ice cream, and malt mix)
I asked for a refill.
So we said forget the malt.
Then our food came.
I noticed my wife was not given her Ranch so I was going to wait until we could physically eat together.
We then realized our fried green beans had never arrived. I had no drink. I had a cold burger now and my wife had a room temperature salad.
I asked the hosts if we could simply pay for the drinks and leave. They said yes and also said they would get the manager.
So we left.
If the "Manager" was ever coming, I'm sure we would have heard the "here's a gift card for next time"
Sadly we won't be back....
Read moreGreat staff with helpful disposition. While visiting, they recognized many regulars and had a very personal approach.
Beer was cold and my Stella served in a proper challis. The food came quickly, although not overly hot. I tried one of their 50 burger varieties, my choice referencing the restaurant's namesake. Although it didn't match the picture or my imagination in presentation, it was really good, with a fantastic variety of flavor depending on the bite. I paid it with waffle fries, although I might try something else next time; they were just OK.
The atmosphere was sports oriented with 3 different sports on the large TVs in front of me. It wasn't too noisy when i visited.
Their merch is pretty slick and i had to get a T-shirt with some great artwork on it.
Overall I wasn't super impressed with the food, but the staff, atmosphere and beer selection would bring me back to try another one of their...
