I’ve literally never left a negative review, but they’ve earned it. Ordered online. The website assured me that Kaeli was hard at work on our order. Friends, there is no Kaeli. The website wasn’t updating but I figured that was a website problem and just went at the time estimated. I get there with my two year old, and the door is locked. There are people inside. I can see them, they can see me and my son. I’m an optimist, so I think maybe this is a COVID thing. 15 minutes later - 15 minutes past the pick up time estimate - a car pulls up with a Domino’s employee inside. He sits in his car looking tired. My son has now asked why we can’t go in 42 times. This man continues to sit in his car. That’s fine. He’s an hourly employee working for a terrible company. I don’t begrudge him misery. Anyway, he exits the car. I say, “Hey, can you check on the status of our order? It’s very late.” He says, “We don’t open until 6.” I say, “The sign on the door who’s handle you are holding says you’re open from 10 am - 1 am. The website told me my pizza would be ready at 5:27, well before 6.” He replies, “The website just cancels any orders made before 6. It’ll send you a cancellation email at 6.” Stunned by the senselessness of these words, I say, “Why?!” He shrugs and disappears into the store. I’m left to find food somewhere else, filled with rage, and vowing that their mediocre pizza will never again...
Read moreI placed a carry-out order at 7:00 PM for pick-up at 8:00 PM, an hour later. At 8:00, I look at the progress tracker to see how far along it's at. It said my order was ready at 7:53. Excellent, I thought, it'll be ready when I get there. When I walk in and stand at the counter, it takes 5 minutes for someone to ask if they can help me. I tell them my name, and they look for my order. They come back up saying that they were just getting started. By then it's 8:13, my order had supposedly been done for 20 minutes yet they were just getting started after I said who I was. I stand around waiting at the counter for my order to officially be ready. 10 minutes goes by. And then another 10 minutes. All the while, I'm watching to see if they place my order on the big metal shelves just behind the register. As it gets to the 30 minute mark, there is still absolutely nothing getting done. No one has acknowledged me in half an hour, actively avoiding eye contact with me. Phone calls are going unanswered. Only half of the people there are actually working, none on what I ordered. I finally just left, with no intention of ever going back in. I plan to speak to management during a different shift. If I set an order an hour ahead of time, I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for it to never get done. There are plenty of other Domino's in Fargo-Moorhead. This is one I will not be...
Read moreI give a two star maybe it deserves another now. My wife and I used to live in north Moorhead and received great pizza and great service. A few years back we moved to north Fargo with the expectation of the same good service. We ordered three different times and in one instance we received a pizza we didn’t order, another we ordered half and half and received two pizzas. The last straw was we ordered and it took them a long time to deliver and then when they did deliver one pizza was made wrong and the other box had NO PIZZA IN THE BOX. We called and explained the situation, I told them if you don’t believe me we have a clean empty box to show. I expected a refund, or a future free pizza coupon or something; instead they said well we will send another one to your house. I really didn’t want to wait that long to eat but I said ok and later that night they showed with the wrong pizza. I didn’t complain but we haven’t ordered from there for years. We did order a few nights ago and it was better service. If you are reading this also understand Fargo is a college town and every year management changes and employees change so I simply leave this here so you...
