The food was decent, but unfortunately, the customer service didn’t quite hit the mark. When we pulled up to the window, the staff member was noticeably curt, insisting he hadn’t received a name for our order, even though we’d given it twice when ordering. It wasn’t the same person who took our order, so perhaps there was a miscommunication, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. There was definitely a better way to approach the situation. You dont get an actual burger patty you get a smash burger patty wich is ripping off customers culvers next door started doing it too the mango hab chicken sandwich filet looks store bought from Costco the only decent food item was the chilli cheese fries other then that its not worth it oh yeah and they forgot one of my fries. We visited Rocky’s drive-thru at the peak of lunch hour (12:20pm) on their opening day. Like any new restaurant, we fully anticipated waiting around 30-45min, which would have been more than fine. Rocky’s knocked it out of the park! We left with our food in less than 10 minutes. Everything was amazing! The best chili cheese fries I’ve had in a long time.
