After grocery shopping with two anxious toddles we were excited to have something delicious and ready. I always have ordered at this location and had no problem before until today. The guy that answered the phone gave a horrible attitude to my brother which we had on speaker phone which upset me so I took over to place the order. He changed his tone for a second and as I was asking questions about my order you could hear the frustration in his voice that he ended up hanging up on me. Prior to calling this location I called location on midway off of trinity mills who actually had a gentleman answer and was pleasant to speak with. He actually gave me wonderful service even though it wasn't with them I was going to place the order and offered to assist to give me the number to who I was trying to reach. Therefore I called back this location midways off of alpha and canceled my order. The same guy answered and still had a very poor attitude and horrible customer service. If the people are going to give me a poor attitude I'm especially not going to trust them with preparing my food to eat for me and my family. Read moreThe manager Cynthia couldn't care less about a customer issue. She sounds as if she doesn't even want to be there. If you have any issues, trust me wait until another manager gets there preferably the next day because you won't get any type of quality assistance or service. I was supposed to be credited x amount from the store but I was charged full price. When I called about it she argued with me about it stating that the discount was on which from my email it clearly wasn't. Not only that, the app would tallow me to use my reward points BUT if I wanted to order without using my points the order processed just fine. I asked Cynthia why I couldn't use my reward points and she said she didn't know anything about the app. That's all she said. She didn't offer a phone number or any helpful information. Absolutely terrible experience. When I called customer service I was told the information would be forwarded to the higher ups but guess what? No pizza and no resolution. So now we're sitting here waiting on Papa Johns! I hope the attitude doesn't reflect in the preparation of the food because if so, somebody's going to end up...
Read moreOn November 23rd, pizza was ordered for my family in tradition to our PJ pizza party. When I arrived to this location I was told several times there was no order and I must’ve called the wrong location. My order had already been paid via phone and was told it would be ready when I arrived. After leaving, a phone call was made back to this location to which we spoke with Quinton the store manager. Quinton acknowledges there system went down and stated we would have to purchase our order completely over and could not refund the transaction of the first pizza we ordered until 2-3 business days. Meaning we had to be DOUBLE CHARGED to get our food. Quinton stated they would not deliver it if we repaid and would not provide any type of corporate/franchise number or address. This is UNACCEPTABLE, and a total let down for our event. We experienced nothing but a night of inconvenience with no attempt to try and correct the horrible customer service.
